THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT, IT COVERS VERY WELL AND LASTS FOR SEVERAL DAYS AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT SHAMPOO. I JUST WET MY HAIR EVERY MORNING TO STYLE AND TOUCH UP AS NEEDED. EVEN AFTER SWIMMING IT STAYS ON. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE WHO IS THINNING.

i completely dislike this product. what a waste of money! Terribly hard to apply and looks and feels unnatural when its on. i tried to use it twice then finally gave up and bought a frontal wig. I wonder how good these products are for your scalp. I am very happy with my hairpiece!

First let me say that I am a 25 year old male with just a little thinning hair on top and at what rogaine calls the vertex. I have been using rogaine for about seven to eight months now with good results. I still dont have the fullness that my hair once was but thanks to dermMatch you could never tell. I know this sounds like some late night commercial but it does work for what I was wanting. For about two years I shaved my head because I was embarrassed of my thinning hair. I mean come on I was only 23 and going bald. Now I am growing my hair out and with no scalp showing. DermMatch is basically a make up for your head but it works better than it sounds. It really makes thin hairs look thicker and covers thin areas great. I put it on about every 3 to 4 days and it stays without rubbing off or anything. Some people on here say they swim with it on. I dont know if I'd go swimming with on but I haven't tried. Also you have to have hair where you apply it otherwise it will just look like paint on your skin. If I dont lose anymore hair and I keep using this I could always look like I have a full head of hair. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think it would come off in the pool and I really cant see it working for someone who has lost a lot of hair. I hope this review helps someone. Great product and great price.

I have tried Couvre, The Sparys and Toppik. Here is the staight scoop.
They all work, but Toppik and the sprays are a terrible mess. Couvre is not bad, but Dermatch really is the best.
Dermatch allows you to pinpoint the areas where you need coverage with the applicator wand... I actualy apply it dry hair then slightly mist my hair while adding a styling cream to remove the dry look... I use the Aussie Cream and then apply very lightly a product called Slick stuff. This gives my hair all of its natural shiny look and removes the look of having powder in your hair.
I wish anyone well who tries this product. It is not expensive and will make a difference in the overall look of your hair.

This product works as promised. It fills in thinning areas very nicely and naturally. Also, makes existing hair thicker. It's really changed how I look.

I'm a 21 yr old male n have been using Dermmatch for about 4 months now. Its the only one I've used n its great. I've had thinning hair since I was 16 and this thing is fantastic. People even ask me for grooming tips- its that good. I wish i'd discovered it when I was at University.
HOWEVER
Before I started with Dermatch i went to see a dermatologist who said I had 20% hair loss and this has been constant over the past 3 yrs. I wanted thick hair for graduation so i tried this out. The problem is its addictive- it makes a huge difference even for someone with mild hair loss. Common sense tells you painting your scalp is obviously going to do damage to your hair. I have noticed that my hair loss is more like 40-50% now- somewhat worrying for 4 months usage. So basically now i can't give it up. I think i'm also more self conscious with the dermmatch on. Be warned : BE CAREFUL WHAT U WISH FOR!!!

For great results use after shampooing, towel dry your hair work it into your hair apply mouse or what ever you use blowdry your hair and see the difference you will not believe it. You also might want to spray your hair a little. This is what I do and it works... Miracles happen when you least expect them believe me I have worked on hair for years. Also try their Follicure for hair loss you might see a difference. Just my expertise...

This product is great for concealing my wide scalp part. The results are very natural, if applied correctly, and the product doesn't drip on to my face during my sweaty workouts. I am no longer worried about people looking at my scalp. The only negatives are: the product is very messy in my white-bright bathroom, and the price is a little more than I would like to pay. I haven't tried other related products, as my scalp part isn't too obvious--yet.

It did a poor job with scalp coverage and was much harder to apply than a spray. It's expensive, too. I felt like I had thrown away $30.

This is so much better than Toppix! I have had trichitollomenia for 30 years and my scalp has several very thin spots. This covers the scalp and the gray! Since it will leave some color on my fingernails if I start to touch my scalp, it forces me to leave my hair and scalp alone. I would like to purchase a large number of the foam applicators. I am so happy I found this.
By far the best concealer. This product rules!!!

For years I wore a hat to cover my balding. Dermmatch saved my life I must say. I look like a human being again and can avoid the damn hat. This product is a gods gift. After a little practice you know how to apply it for best results. It maybe takes a little while but it is well invested time. Nobody will notice that you have thining hair. It works amazingly good on the crown and you can make a very good hairline in the front. It stays on the head for 4-5 days if you don't wash your hair and comes off very easy when you use a shampoo. One disc lasts for 5-6 months. It's a hell of a product I can highly recommend. Thank you Dermmatch!!

Had hair graphs and this products fills in nicely where all of the hair did not come in completly. I really thoguht that after I had my hair graphs that I would not have to use this product any longer. Oh, well, wishfull thinking.
It works really well when you have hair graphs or thining hair.

Dermatch is very easy to apply and does a great job of covering, BUT, the color choices are very limited. The red color they used to have was very bright (think Lucille Ball). The dark brown should actually be called dark grey. C'mon dermatch, let's get more colors!

I've recently had to start using hair concealers due to medical problems. I tried couvre for awhile, but stopped because I couldn't stand the greasy feel my hair felt by it. So, I tried this stuff. I LOVE it. It does a great job concealing, and the color seems to match better. It totally looks natural, and that's what I needed. Also, it lasts longer than couvre. couvre lasted me about a month. I've had this for close to two, and I have plenty left. Much better deal in my opinion.

This product is great for diffuse thinning. Undetectable, even in sunlight! I have used Toppik in the past, and although it is a good product, it is detectable in sunlight. Don't believe me, sprinkle on your miracle powder and then go outside with a couple of mirrors, it will make you want to cry! You will not have that problem with Dermatch, provided you have a decent amount of hair and you choose a conservative hairstyle (ie. don't go too poofy). Also, very resistant to sweat and rain, unlike Toppik.

I wasn't sure I'd like this, since I'd been using a spray, but I decided to try it and I'm very pleased. It's easy to apply and blends right in. It's easier to apply than the spray color. It stays on until you wash your hair. I really like it. If your hair is thinning and you don't want your white scalp to be so noticeable, this is really a good product.

I am a 30 yr old female and have had thin hair since I was 14. I lived in embarrasment until I discovered DermMatch. With my scalp showing and trying to blow dry my hair to make it look fuller only made me lose more hair! And some women like to rub it in - look at your thin hair and making comments :( Cant they just not say anything and be nice? Well, it was in April this year (2007) that I discovered DermMatch. I have to tell you - it saved my life. I was so self conscious when I had people sitting right behind me or when I was out in the sun.
Pros: Is a very good cover up; easy to apply; stays as long as 3 days - y scalp gets oily (not cos of dermmatch) so I have to wash it by then. I love it (as of now)
Cons: have been losing hair like crazy (I wasn't losing much hair before):( Not sure if the product was old? It doesn't have an expiration date. Does anyone else feel the same? Didn't see anyone complain about that. After I whs my hair and stand in front of the mirror I am in tears. I lost too much hair in the front. My pillows turned black esp the first day I apply it (now I have a towel on my pillow), they do get in between your nails if you scratch your head.
You need to scrub your tub very well after washing your hair.
Happy for now. I'll keep you updated.
