Directions:

Apply a small amount to towel-dried hair and work it through evenly from roots to ends. Blow-dry to define shape. For extra smoothness on straight styles finish with a flat iron.

my think, frizzy hair loves this stuff! it doesnt make my hair sticky, greasy or stiff like everything else i tried before! great :)

This product is great for my AA (3c/4a) hair. It detangles my hair and makes it easier for me to get the comb through it after I wash it. It definitely gives my hair a sleek and shiny look and protects against frizz. However, I wouldn't call this product a heat protectant, you should find a product that is designed to work with flat irons and blowdryers.
