| Damaged Shipment What should I do if I received a damaged product? For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent damage during transit, however, please
keep the original shipping carton and follow these important steps if
there appears to be any damage: 1) Quickly contact your local UPS Carrier, Airborne Express or USPS for a
Damage Inspection Report. 2) Request that UPS, Airborne Express or USPS return the
merchandise to the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return the
merchandise yourself. This may delay your reorder or credit. 3) In the even you do receive a damaged product, please contact our
Customer Service Department at 888-919-4247 or send an email to fcs@folica.com. Please note, vendor
policies for handling defective merchandise will supersede Folica's policy. |
