The handle will come loose after a while

I've enjoyed the Denman shampoo massage brushes for years but, the handle will eventually come loose and you might as well toss it when that happens. I still prefer them to the more traditional hard plastic shampoo brushes and buy 6 or 8 of the Denman shampoo brushes at a time for that reason.
