Directions: For professional use. Rinse out neutralizer, do not dry hair. Apply Curl n' Lock and gently work lather through hair. Rinse thoroughly. Only one application is necessary. I have my hairdresser use this every time I get a perm. Have used it around 4 or 5 times thus far and every time it works! I could shampoo the very next day if I wanted but I usually let it air neutralize for a little while longer, like 24 hours after this post-perm shampoo. The biggest advantage is that it cuts over %50 of the residual perm lotion smell out of your hair! So, unless you don't want to be able to shampoo quickly after your perm and get rid of that horrible odor sooner, don't buy it! You may have to talk your stylist into using it however as they sometimes won't warranty their work if they get off the book. Boo Hoo! I had it used now for about a year! Wonderful! Gets about 90% of the perm odor on the first try. I still wait a full 24 hours after to shampoo just to make sure the bonds are reformed. Call me silly! But otherwise, I feel this shampoo locks in the perm better than just normal oxidation. Buy it and give it to your stylist. Usually they except the idea with ease and use it. Some may not without you waiving your shop guarantee. This product exceeded my expectations. Works better than advertised. Eliminates that nasty perm odor instantly. Stylist works it through my hair and rinses in less than three minutes. Plus, you can wash your hair the next day without losing any curl. I cannot recommend this product highly enough.
