I am now the proud owner of a Croc Titanium flat iron, and I absolutely love it!!
I had been using a CHI, and was just satisfied. I have very thick, course hair, and I never felt I could get it completely straight. By the next morning, after sleeping on it, the wave managed to come back, especially the under layers where my wave pattern is the strongest. When I would use the CHI, my hair would get caught in the plates, and I hated that!!
Now with the Croc my hair straightens in half the time, and it glides over my hair, never catching any pieces in it.
I set the temp at 410, and it seems to be the perfect setting for me. Not everyone can tolerate that high of heat without frying their hair, but mine is very thick/coarse. I have gotten many compliments on my hair since I have started using this flat iron.
If you are currently using an iron that you are not truly "loving" then you seriously need to consider the Croc. It is worth every penny!!
Works great

I bought this item for a friend and her daughter. They can't stop raving about how easy and well it works.
Best purchase I've made for my hair!

I live in S. Fl and I needed something better with this ridiculous humidity, and Wow, all I have to say is I am going to throw out my CHI. This is much better quality. I love the digital feature. I needed something after my 4th breast cancer awareness fuschia chi iron stopped heating up enough (actually I don't ever remember it working that great, every time i used it I would also find snagged hairs stuck in the plates). I got this one in fuchsia. The plates glide with one pass, making my hair perfectly silky, shiny, smooth, straight, and even feels moisturized. I have SoCap extensions, which are curly (supposedly Italian hair, but most likely indian curly), and when air dried, they where never able to get fully straight with a chi (only if I blow dried it straight)..Normally, it would take 30 min to do my hair. Now, I don't have to even blow dry my hair to get it as smooth as the first day I got my extensions!I don't know why Croc irons aren't on Folica's top 10 list, must be some sort of advertisement deal. I've also tried sedu, solia, corioliss, and various other brands from Sally beaty, AND THEY ARE ALL GARBAGE! I'm sorry but if you have any of those, kick them to the curb and get a Croc, trust me you won't regret it!
