I thik this is a very useful tool. Other than having metal plates it is all cermic in and out of the strightning plates witch will not damage your hair and is not suppost to. Very pricey but if you have hair that is unmanagable then you defenitly want this. Heat protecting your hair will also help because it does so a little damage if you use it a lot and NEVER with this or any strightner strightnen while its wet you will burn your hair and you will hate it. Make sure to deep condition a lot if you use any type of heat. Also the cool thing about this strightner is you can also curl your hair with it.
