flat iron with temperature dials Question posted by Laurette Clare Fri Jul 04 2008 Submit your answer Does it make your hair smell?
I have a corioliss and I love it, but I do not use it as often as I would like because I find that it makes my hair smell burnt. Even after I wash my hair, it still smells like its been in a fire. I have very think wavy/curly hair so I put the heat setting on the highest. Is this the cause of the problem? I have used other straighteners that get just as hot and are not ceramic that DO NOT make my hair smell like this. When I have my hair done at the salon and they use the flat iron, it doesn't smell either. What's the deal? I am curious to know if anyone else has this problem. Is there some sort of product I can put on to take the smell away? Question posted by Frustrated Fri Feb 01 2008 Submit your answer | Reply by Frustrated in Farnborough

I've just bought one myself and for the price i never would have thought it would have smelled that bad either, to the point where i've gone on a night out with a headache & burnt smelling hair! I'm in a dilema myself...what to do?! | how many volts?
Hi, I beleive that electronics in the US work with 120 volts, whereas in Europe, they use 240 volts. Is this straighner manufactured only to be used in the US? or both? or are these straightner also manufactured in a way where it can be used in Europe? i.e. to be used with 240 volts Question posted by Sara. I feel in love with it. whenever i go back to the mall i go to that booth to look at it. and i think im going to buy it for my birthday which is coming soon. but now when i get online i go to the best selling or best rated straightener on this site the corioless want there. and that dissappointed me i had my heart set on getting THIS one. but if the 9other brand works better maybe i should get that one. i dont know im sooo confused!!help meanswer my question please!? Question posted by Raquel Mon Jan 01 2007 Submit your answer what is the difference?
What is the different between the Corioliss 1" flat iron and the Corioliss Pro Silver 1" Flat iron? Because as far as I can see, they are both adjustable temp. ceramic straighteners. The only visable difference is the all black body of the regular versus the translucent yellow on the Corioliss Pro Silver (where the adjustable temp. is located) if anyone knows any other differences or has a reccomendation between the two let me know please. the difference between the corioliss pro silver and the regular corioliss is that the corioliss pro siver goes to a higher tempature then the regular corioliss, if I were you I would get the corioliss pro silver because even though they both do the same thing the corioliss pro silver will go to a higher temp. to get you that sleek and straight look your looking for. trust me. I bought the corioliss pro silver and I dont regret it. ITS THE BEST!!! | how does the curling part work on this straightner?

I think that to curl your hair, you start at the top towards the scalp and curl your hair around the barrel just like a curling iron. Then just sort of slip it down out of the hair. Does this help? | | Reply by hey

All you do is put a 2" peice of hair starting at the roots and twirl the straightener one and a half times around, then pull downward |
