I was amazed when I heard I could curl my hair with a flat iron but it turns out better than with any curling iron. To get an awesome curl with this product take a small piece of hair, close the iron on it near the scalp, turn the iron a quarter turn in any direction and then slide the iron in the opposite direction (i.e. if you turn the iron a quarter turn to the left, slide the iron out to the right) using your free hand to guide the hair. if you want a tighter curl, turn the iron more than a quarter turn. hope this helps!

Section your hair into layers and spray each layer with a light conditioner to help with dryness and damage. This will also help your hair be less thirsty and it will hold out to humitity better.

I found that using a hair teatment(I use Redkin) after a shower 2 times a week at least will help the hair look healthier when using this straightener.

sraightening your hair can be much easier when you do layers, one at a time. it's much harder when sraightening your hair all together.
