I got these for christmas this year. I had already tried them out in bluewater and I said to my dad, 'OMG I absolutely must have these. They are great!' And i got them. Even my father was impressed by them. They get my hair SO very straight but I still haven't mastered the curling, but i'm getting better at it as that is the trickiest thing to handle with these. I love them. Amazing. A must buy for frizzheads like me!

I purchased my corioliss flat iron about two years ago at a mall in California while on vacation. I wasn't an expert at straightening hair and it was one of my first flat irons that I've owned. I learned with it and loved it from day one. It took some practice to get quick at styling my hair. It leaves it very silky, smooth, and shinny. I don't even have to blow dry my hair first. It still works and I take it with me where ever I go.

its the best...
my hair is naturally curly..so much so that at times it looks like an afro.
I bought some immitation iron at Sally's beaty store. They either just burned my hair or made it frizzy stright.
This product on the other hand just glidded over my hair so easy..made my hair bone stright and shiny. I never seen my hair so manageable..its awesome.

I won't get as long-winded as I tend to, but I will just say this iron is worth every penny! It leaves hair straight, soft, silky, smooth... And it's SO versatile when it comes to styling! With the temp control it's for 3c/4a hair-types like myself or for straighter hair-types. Even for thicker, more coarse, curlier 4bs b/c I didn't even have to turn it all the way up! Now I can't vouch for it's longevity, but I'm content right now!! Lesson learned: Always do your own research!

I bought this product at the mall kiosk. It really works great. It gave my hair life, even though I had it in a pony tail for one week. Additionally, I am due for a relaxer, but I think I will stretch it out a couple of more weeks because the flat iron gets close to the scalp and flattens out the roots.
My hair looks really good!

I have been telling everyone I know about this product. I LOVE this thing. I have very VERY curly, thick hair. I had given up ever straightening my hair because it took me 2 1/2 hrs to do it. There had to be TONS of product and anti friz in my hair and when I was done it was still stiff, not smoothe, you could tell it had been straightened. When I walked past the kiosk at the mall I assumed this flat iron was just like every other one I owned. The woman did a few trials on my hair and it worked well enough, so I got it. I brought it home and figiured Id put it to the real test. Washed my hair, blew it dry, it was stading 10 feet off my head a giant fuzz ball. I didnt put ANY product in my hair what so ever...20 minutes later i had soft silky smoothe beautiful hair. I honestly couldnt believe it. I havent been this excited about my hair probably ever. It's so simple, I cant tell you enough how well this works. You NEED to get this.

I have really enjoyed having this straightner, I have had a lot of positive comments on my hair. It leaves my hair soft and very smooth, and it only takes at most ten minutes to get my hair super straight.

I got this iron almost a year ago in the mall. i was pretty skeptical considering most things you buy at the those types of stands are crap. so i stood there for about 20 minutes testing it out and it really seemed to work amazingly well on my curly hair. The sales girl was pretty cool and she was showing me how to use it as a curling iron also. so i'm thinking great 2 for the price of one. P.S. it's really hard to make it curl my hair. it straightens ok but i've def used better. i also noticed that it's starting to smoke alot when it's turned on. i have a warentee on it so i'm def getting a replacement one before the year ends but thats only cause its free. i think im going to buy a CHI though those irons are the best.

i bougth this at the mall... was not wut i expected .. it took me longer them normal time to straighten my hair and i had to go over the same hair strand over n over to get it straight...would not recommanD this..BUY THE GHD STRAIGHTNER ITS AMAZING...ITS THE BEST

I purchased this about a year ago and I love it. In reviews I have read about the "expoding" and those that break, and honestly it made me laugh. Not because I don't believe them (I DO), but just because I looked long and hard before purchasing this one. Now I wonder, is the crazy thing going to spark up and scare the poo out of me? To date though, my experience is 100% satisfied. My hair is SO SMOOTH and it's achieved with one stroke. I really LOVE it!
It Exploded

I had one of these for about a year and it was working pretty well, until a few days ago when I was using it and the back part exploded in my face and the wire broke part of the way...but when I turned it on again it seemed to work alright, so I got my boyfriend to look at it (I was scared of it) and it exploded again and all the power in the room went out. I don't think that's supposed to happen when you straighten your hair.

ok so i got it for xmas and after a few mounths the back bart fell out and wouldent stay in and then this morning when i was using it the back caught on fire, and i threw it ont he floor and it broke. it worked really good cept the whole fire thing.. ima call the company today!

I had a flat iron that I bought from the beauty supply store that I would have to run through my hair twice to
straighten it. My friend in Atlanta had the Corioliss Flat
Iron. I tried hers out, I had to buy one. It leaves you
hair with a silk finish. I loved so much I just bought one
for my sister for her birthday.

So 1 year ago i bought it, the next day i returned it for a different one because the one they gave me wouldnt turn on and now 1 year later, it wont turn on again with no damage at all done to it. It does work at first but after the initial 3-4 months its nothing special and does what a cheap straightener would do. Definately not worth the 110.00 i paid for it at the mall

my friend and i have the exact same straigtener. my hair is thick and basically an afro, and at first it worked really well, but now its a year later and my hair kind of deflects it and it only does what a cheap straightener is expected to do. my friend has thin hair and after about a year of use it is totally fried and she has all these short pieces.

I bought this in a mall in Wilmington, NC and paid 105.00. It's a rip off and its not the best iron. My hair is thick and wavy and it broke my hair off at the roots. I will never buy products by them again.

BUT I THINK IT WAS DEFINENTLY W0RTH IT, YA IVE HEARD THIS BRAND IS KN0WN T0 BREAK BUT MINES BEEN ALRIGHT AND I USE IT EVERY DAY! IT STRAIGHTENS MY CURLY HAIR AND CAN PROLY LAST ABOUT 4 DAYS. :P

I have afro hair and this is the only flat iron that has gotten my hair to go completly staright with out the use of chemicals. Prior, I had used relaxers, special shampoo, oils, and anything else that would help. This iron makes my hair soft, straight and shiny without anything. Now I can have straight hair on Monday and natural curls again on Tuesday.
It broke after a week.

I got this product for my birthday last year. I was really excited at first but then a week later it broke! I had done no damage to it, it wasn't made very well i'm guessing. You could by a better product than this for the same amount or even less.
