I own both a Coriolisse and a Chi. I have wavy hair and it does not straighten it, no matter how many times I use the Coriolisse. Returning it is even worse. You show them the product doesn't work, and they give you another one. My hair looks fried now.

i got this hot iron about 2 weeks ago and its well worth thr money so far i have thick long curly hair and it did the job it dident dry or damage my hair at all

Someone used it on me in the mall and I walked away. My hair was so perfect all night and when I woke up that I went back and bought it. Its been a week and I have used it every day (which is different since I usually wear it in a pony tail).

so i bought my corioliss straightener around christmas.. i absolute love it.. mind you my hair is thick and curly and with my other ones it would take me up to two hours to straighten.. since i have bought this one, it cut the time in half well way more then have its take me 20 to 30 mins to straighten my hair.. I LOVE IT.. it leaves my hair shinny.. and there no need to do touch up.. it will say stright untill i was it.. its amazing everyone with my kind of hair will love this.. well i know that i did

When I was a kid my hair will never curl I tried almost everything and nothing worked. I finally gave up, until I tried corioliss, It not only curl my hair it also stays for about 2 days without any hair spray. When I straight my hair it last until I wash it. Never had something like this. If you can get it go for it. It will be your best purchase ever.

this straightener is by far the most amazing one ive had [and believe me ive been through about ten] the only thing is it burns the ends of my hair[not badly] and it rips my hair out constantley. my hair gets stuck in the top cracks of the plates and its quite painfull, but its worth it because my frizzy curly hair turns out awesome..check the pictures out

I thought that the iron was okay but that's all it wasn't spectacular. It did straighten my hair which is frizzy, curly african-american hair. However as soon as the slightest bit of moisture(I went to a concert and was dancing a little to much) touched it, it completely frizzed up. This was surprising to me because when the guy in the mall used it on my hair I was able to run through the rain and it never once frizzed. It stayed straight until I washed it the next day. I don't think that it is a bad iron but I don't think it is worth the money I spent and I got similar results with a cheaper flat iron.

This straightener worked really well for a bit over a year. Only now did it start to turn off on it's own unless I kept the swivel cord at a certain position. It was definitely worth the money -- I guess straighteners just need to be replaced after so long.

I purchased this straightener at my local mall for $100 over a year ago after the people selling it had actually done my hair with it to show me it works. My hair was tied up and pulled back with gel. After they used the straightener, my hair looked really good. Using a straightener with gel in my hair usually makes it look really dry. I immediately purchased the Corioliss for my birthday. After purchasing it, I was having a birthday party at a club and I wanted my hair to be perfect and straight. The bummer was that it rained the day of my party. I straightened my hair and the weather caused NO DAMAGE, NO FRIZZ! It's truly the best.

Okay. My hair is thick, frizzy, and long. I saw this hairstraightner at the mall and my mum bought me it because my current hairstraighter sucked. It worked the first couple of times but after that it starts to lose heat, and it takes forever to straighter a small piece of hair, even at the highest tempeture. It doesent leave your hair shiny anymore, and as soon as you step outside, it curls at the ends. This product isent worth 90$. If your wanting to spend that much, get a better hair straightner.

I first tried it when my sister-in-law purchased one for herself, I have very curly and frizzy hair, when I blow dry my hair straight it only last a day,than is back to being curly and frizzy. I have been using it, for almost a year now and my hair texture has improved dramatically it's always smooth and silky, I am alway getting compliments about my hair. When I tell them what I use, my friends can't believe this product really works, now that they have seen how my hair look, three of my friend will be purchasing the product (flat Iron. I am 100% satisfied and do not hesitate to recommended to anyone. It's been almost a year now, that I have not blow dried my hair. I take care of the flat Iron, and it it ever breaks, I will purchase another one. Whoever came out with this product, came out with the BEST!!!

I love this! I can't say its the best because it the only one I have ever used so I am bias... thing is I don't need to try any other product because this one works perfect. It curls my hair, it makes is straight, it helps with my frizz. I really love it!

i went back to the place where i bought mine and got them to teach me how to curl free of charge. read this first vefore you go as i may help or even confuse you more.
take a small piece of hair and clamp with the straightener as near to the root as you can. rotate one or two times in circles (always up else your curls will go funny) without moving the straightener down the hair. once that is done slowly pull straightener down to the end of your hair, as soon as the straightener is out your hair twidle round your fingers to get a sleek curl if it has gone frizzy. it may need a bit of practive before you perfect it though.
it is the bext product i have EVER used to straighten and read online that someone comepared these aside GHDs and got same results, thats saying something. beware though, the plates mark quite easily.

I love this iron so much. My hair is naturally curly and is very frizzy and i have to use a lot of products to get rid of the friz, with this iron i do not use any products and my hair does not friz, even when the humidity is high, my hair stays perfectly straight! I have owned many other flat irons and they do not straighten my hair this good.
