I purchased this iron for my daughter and she loves it. She has thick long hair and now she can straighten her hair in 5 minutes versus 30 min. with the other brand she was using. Great Product!!

This product is amazing, it makes your hair so smooth and soft. i got mine at ebay for only $25 and it works very well. I think it it better than the Chi

-This straightner works well while it lasts.
-After a few months it wears out, the plates turn brown and it takes longer and longer to heat up, eventually not working.
-Hair gets caught in the plates and therefore rips out.
-If youre goign to spend the money, i woud reccommend a different product.

i got mine on ebay $40 it makes my hair shiny and straight i the the way it makes my hair look just when i wash my hair it looks dry but over all it works really good and its the best one i used.

I love my straightener it straigtens my naturally curly hair in 1/2 the time of other straighteners. Be sure that u use heat protectant though..

I bought mine about 2 years and it's great. I have very thick african american hair and it straightens my hair very well. It also leaves my hair feeling soft and easy to comb through. It also curls very well. I use quite often to get loose bouncy curls. I love it and would recommend it to any and everyone!!

It use to take me 45 min to an hour to strighten my naturally very curly hair and now... 20minutes! And... i can curl it in about 15 I love this product.. but be sure to use heat protectant..
HORRIBLE PRODUCT! DO NOT BUY!!!!

this iron pulls out alot of my hair when I use it. I managed to use it for about 6 months because it broke after that period of time. The handle makes weird squeaking sounds and eventually the spring popped out. Brought it back to the mall but they offer NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE!! even when I spend time e-mailing their customer service rep they refuse to replace it or repair it. this is obviously not physical damage! it the quality of the product!!!! I've told all my friends and families NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT. so DON'T BUY IT!!! OR YOU'LL REGRET!!!!

I bought this iron for 100 bucks at the mall. It worked for a few months and then it started breaking down. It wouldn't heat up anymore and it it eventually broke apart. I returned it, and the store where I bought it from had many complaints and returns.

so yea.. i also bought mine at a kiosk... and the one they had there seems to do a much better job at doing my hair than the one i purchased..
i got in in july and by november the plates looked really burnt and dirty..and my hairs kept gettign stuck in the plates... so i exchanged it since they offerd 1 yr warranty... they didnt make a fuss about me exchanging it ..so that was a plus.. it does a good job ironing.. ( i have curly hair) but my tips get really burnt.... =[

I bought two flat irons. I can honestly say that the Coriollis is easier to use since the handle is longer and it is much faster in terms of heating up to its maximum temperature. I think the Chi is overhyped and overrated. I bought the Coriollis on ebay for the bargain price of $24.99 and boy what a steal of a deal...I bought the Chi flat iron for around $70.00 on ebay and even though it does the job, the Coriollis is easier to use...I would recommend you do your research first since not all flat irons are the same. Given the fact that manufacturers know the women will spend oodles of money on looking good, I can say that Coriollis works better than Chi...like any product, flat irons should be treated with care so that they do not get damamged.

Don't waste your money on a Corioliss...I bought mine in a mall. I took it overseas, and even though they said it was multi-voltage and can be used world wide with the proper adapter mine messed up...only the handles would heat up not the plates....I took it back for an exchange, and then ended up exchanging 3 more (they all had shorts in them, and would not stay on....now I'm on number 4...get right mad slam it down, and break the plates!!! It was worth it to me though...now I will finally end up with a great product, after much research, I have now ordered a Sedu!!

I got this hair straightener at the mall last week at the mall. I brought it Home and used it. It work pretty good. The only thing is that it took awhile, but I understand that being that my hair is extremly curly and puffy. So If you have hair like mine I would advise you to buy this straightener, BECAUSE IT WORKS!

I just got mine for Christmas and love it! I have easy hair to work with (naturally straight and midly thick) and I wanted one to curl my hair rather than straighten it... and it looked great after I used it! I still have to get the hang of it but it was easy to use, quick (heats up in seconds)and I didn't have to use hairspray to get my hair to stay curled.

I use to want a CHI until my cousin starightened my hair with the corioliss, i absolutly love it. My hair is the kind that curls from the roots and takes hours to straighten.
I straightened my hair with this in only 20 minutes. First time throught straighten awesome.
i love thisss!
Not bad on a budget but if you got the cash invest in something else

It got too hot when I first used it to straighten my naturally thick, coarse, african-american kinky hair and it would leave burnt areas. After three uses at the lowest setting finally the iron cooled off to be usable and straighten hair with out burning. Been two years and it still works but my stylist began using a chi and I'm almost sold but I keep hearing they break. Also this nasty gook has developed on the sides that smells and makes my hair smell, also I am unable to revert back to my natural texture I beleive it has damaged my hair a great deal. So I wouldn't reccommend if you desire to wear your natural texture occassionally

This flat iron does well as far as actually straightening, but it snags the heck out of your hair! You literally cannot run it down a strip of hair or you'll be missing a clump. I'm seriously disappointed and wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
Ok for Straighting, but is not for curling...

I got my at the mall thinking it was the best one that did curling and everything. But I realized after a year that my hair straightner was not performing as well as I was hoping. I would watch others people demostrate how well the Sedu, CHI and GHD. I think it will do great for straighting, but curling and stuff is not what it is meant for. I would say also that this straightner will pulls your hair, just a lil. But it is ok, but I would buy something better and do your research first.....

I have this Iron and it works pretty good. I have wavy, frizzy hair and it does it's job. I also previously owned a chi and that one did work better. It took more of the frizz out of my hair, but it burned it more. So it is pretty much what you prefer. This flat iron works very well on my hair. It doesn't leave it board straight, but it gets the job done. It all depends on your preference. What I like about this flat Iron is that it definetly doesn't burn your hair as much. I am satisfied with it.
