Well, I sometimes have the same problem. I usually get a wash cloth or paper towel, and put a little bit of shampoo+water on the ccloth, and then i just wipe it down (but make sure you get it soapy, try rubbing it with your finger tip). Or you can even use a sponge. I just got one to use so that It'll be easier. Trust me, either way will work! ~Glad to help :)

the easiest way for me to explain to you how to curl your hair is a website with a video. go to youtube.com and type in curling hair. click on the video with the user name: yhwspace. she shows you how to curl your hair. i think she is using a coriolis straightener. either way, it works. the right temperature is no more than the dial turns halfway. until that notch, its whatever makes your hair look good.

about 52 degrees is perfet if you have curly, wavy half thickish hair. never more than half way to the highest degree. you want your hair to look pretty w/o damaging it.

Well, try all temps. But it shouldn't be frizzing your hair. It is a FLAT iron, right? Well, it is supposed to flatten out your hair. And don't worry, if you have hairs falling out, use a deep conditioner at least twice a month, and those hairs are usually falling out when your hair is dirty or has had enough heat. THOSE ARE DEAD AND DRY HAIRS. THEY WILL GROW BACK DON'T WORRY. AND IF THEY DON'T DO LIKE I SAID, DEEP CONDITION AND DO A GOOD BRUSHING BEFORE YOU STRAIGHTEN. AND WHENEVER YOUR HAIR IS DIRTY, IT PROBABLY ISN'T A GOOD IDEA TO STRAIGHTEN IT. ~Glad to help.

you take a lock of hair, and slowly move the straightener from top to bottom for 10 seconds. then twirl your hair with your finger

take a small piece of hair and clamp with the straightener as near to the root as you can. rotate one or two times in circles (always up else your curls will go funny) without moving the straightener down the hair. once that is done slowly pull straightener down to the end of your hair, as soon as the straightener is out your hair twidle round your fingers to get a sleek curl if it has gone frizzy. it may need a bit of perfecting though.

100% tourmaline?
I've heard that ceramic straighteners rely on heat alone, resulting in fried and damaged hair. I would love to buy this product if I was confident that it would not damage my hair and would get the job done well. But, I've heard the only way I can get the results I want is if the straightener is 100% tourmaline. Is this true?

Im 15 years old, and i bought this striaghtener a few months ago. It does not make my thick wavy hair pin straight but very straight. It isnt the best straightener i've used but it glides over your hair and honestly doesnt damage it. i straightened half of my head with a $20 straightener and the other half with my corioliss straightener. the side with the cheap product was very straight but very frizzy and staticy. The corioliss side was as straight but was shiny smooth and frizz free. Definitley get this product. oh and to make your hair look even better i use Pantene Pro-v restoratives frizz control shampoo and Paul Mitchell Conditioner. Good Luck
