I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!! I'm making my wishlist for christmas and am asking for a flatiron...but i can't decide which one!!!!!! I'm either going with this model Solia or a Conair Dry N' Style 1 ½" Curling / Straightening Iron which also has hot air feature, which means it's a blow dryer, curler, and flat iron in one. The Solia is $88 while the Conair is $24.99. I KNOW both of them will work fine, but i really cannot decide!!! Please help me!!!

first of all, DONT GET THE DRY N STYLE-IT DOESNT STRAIGHTEN AT ALL! I RETURNED MINE ASAP. however i have never tried the solia but i have tried this conair 1 in infiniti iron and it work great on my thick curly hair and it takes me around 30-50 min to straighten completely and it stays straight the whole day. i havent seen damage in my hair yet with this though it does snag and pull a little bit but i dont mind it that much. touch ups takes me about 10 min in the morning. i would go with this iron because i hav the sedu and believe it or not but it me about the same time to do and i get the same results for 1/3 of the price. i also hav my eye on the sedu revolotion so you might want to consider that as well. i hope this helps you:) | | Reply by Nicole

I've never used Solia but I'm using conair right now and it doesn't work very will. So I got to say buy the Solia | | Reply by a customer
