Directions:

Shampoo with CHI Shampoo, rinse and towel dry. Apply TONE & SHINE to hair, work through evenly, leave in for 1-5 minutes and rinse. Use daily. To achieve lasting results, leave in for 20-30 minutes and rinse.

I've used countless toning shampoos, but longed for a conditioner. it just made more sense to me. Thank you Chi for creating this! Not only does it tone well, but the conditioning agents are fan-freaking-tastic. my hair feels so soft and manageable. It smells wonderful, too! I especially love that there are different formulas for the level blond that you want to achieve. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's looking for a good toner!
