i have naturally thick wavy hair and i used to perm my hair every 9 months to get bouncy, full curls. after finding this hair system i no longer have to perm my hair. to get the same full look i wash my hair and put a setting lotion or mouse in it. then i walk my dog so it can air dry. i mist my entire head very lightly with hairspray. i put the smaller rollers along the top and work my way down to the bigger rollers. that way the top is more full and the bottom is a little more relaxed. it gives it a very natral look. everyone always compliments my 'naturally' curly hair. ha! i work out a lot and the curls last through my ponytails and everything. if it gets too limp (usually after 4 days) i add a few more rollers throughout the top to give it more life. i get a full week of pretty hair before i have to wash it.

Instead of using rollers over the entire head, try placing hair in a high ponytail (med. to long lengths) and seperate into 4 to 6 sections. I personally use 5 medium size rollers. After taking out the rollers make sure the hair is no longer damp ( can lightly blow over it with blow dryer set on "low" or use a diffuser. Take hair out of the ponytail and shake curls loose. If hair has any frizz at all use a dab of balm or texturizing lotion. Lightly spray with a finishing hairspray. This saves time and the results are very nice.

After washing hair, saturate it with setting lotion, comb through, and blow dry. Then use Caruso curlers. The steam heat, along with the setting lotion, will make thin or limp hair hold the style much longer. My set lasts 4-6 days.
