I Have A Sedu Flat Iron, Was Not Getting The Results That I Wanted. So I Started Using Chi Infusion, And Chi Shine Infusion, With My Flat Iron. The Results Where WonderFul, And It Lasted For A Few Days. As I Do Not Wash My Hair Every Day. The Shine Infusion Works So Nice With The Flat Iron. And I Wanted To Let The Women Of My Age Know . That Flat Irons Are Great For Us Also, You Just Have To Practice With Them. They Are Great. And There Are Videos On The Internet You Can View To Learn How To Use Them. Because Once You Learn How To Use The Flat Iron, And The Proper Thermal Protecters To Use On Your Hair With Them, "YOU WILL FEEL SO BEAUTIFUL" Thank You From Florida!!

It was BETTER.
For some reason, i thought this would come on like a hair spray, but it doesnt, it actually comes out more like an oil sheen.
It has an interesting smell, like all the CHI products ive used, but i always like the way they smell.
Whenever i hug someone, they always tell me i smell good, and i never wear perfume, i just always have CHI products in my hair:)
It does make your hair very soft and shiny.
the way i use it:
I section my hair.
I spray the Shine infusion in my hair. in a half circle swoop motion.
I brush my hair before i put the flat iron to it, and
TADDAAA! beautiful hair.
But i should prob also mention that i use CHI kertain mist (right after i wash my hair when its wet) CHI silk infusion (when my hair is damp) and then riiight before i flat iron it i use this product (the CHI shine infusion) and then i finish it all up with a dab of CHI silk infusion for a nice finished look.
So you should keep that in mind. I didnt get the awesome results by just using one product...

Im an African American woman.This stuff is great! I sprayed the chi shine thru out my hair after blow dry n and and flat iron my hair with a ceramic iron and bling!!! MY HAIR WAS RADIANT!I put a hair color n my hair and thought it did'nt take but after using the chi shine the color was glowing and brought it out.It looked like natural high lights and especially in the sun light. I only had to use it once and the shine lasted for a week.My hair was still fluffy and bouncy and full of shine!!!I was impressed and pleased with the results!!!

I have naturally straight hair with little waves (half asian) but I flat iron it every morning to get it the way I want it for work. I was looking for a thermal protectant most of all and I was very disappointed. I've been using this lightly every morning before flatironing and just two weeks after my hair cut I already have a TON of split ends and my hair feels damaged. I've never had this problem with any other products, even cheaper grocery store products.
Also, if you spray a normal amount it will make your hair clump together in a dirty, greasy looking way. I have to just barely press the sprayer down and hold it far away from my head jus tto avoid the dirt bag look.
As for the smell, I love it but it smells like something I'd want my boyfriend to wear, not for a girl. But the smell goes right away as soon as you dry and style your hair.
If you're looking for a thermal protectant and don't want greasy hair, keep looking!

I thought my hair was already smooth, until i used THIS! My hair looks and feels so soft, and not to mention very healthy looking! Its so smooth i have even been asked by people if they could feel my hair, haha. I swim competitively, so i have a lot of split ends and frizzy/damaged hair around my face. No one would ever know i have a chlorined head because of how wonderful this product is. This easily fixes those annoying fly aways or static hair. Just a little spray will do!

I spray all over before flat ironing my hair. It gives my hair good moisture. My hair really felt great after running the flat iron through it. i do recommend this product. I'm african american and good healthy hair products are hard to find.

I have very curly hair and when i straighten it normally it gets a little frizzy and doesnt look that great. I sprayed this in it before I blowdried and flatironed it and it gave me amazing shine and it protected my hair alot too. I couldnt live without this stuff.

I have normal hair (not dry or oily) but when i used this product it made my hair greasy and pretty nasty looking and feeling. I think if a person has naturally drier hair that this would be agreat product, but for me, it was a waste of money.

My hairdresser told me about Thermal Polishing Spray. Works like a charm and have gotten more compliments about the lustrous look of my hair that I only get after using it. Highly recommend.

My hair is extremely naturally curly... and dry. I spray CHI Shine Infusion on my hair after flat ironing, and it looks silky and fabulous! Can't tell you how much money I've wasted on products that disappointed.

I have very fine, wavy, bleached blonde hair that is very prone to dryness and frizzing, and this is the ONLY product that makes my hair look good straight! It doesnt weigh down my hair at all, but I try not to spray it towards the top of my head to avoid looking greasy. This stuff actually makes my hair beautifully sleek and healthy looking. I spray it before and after using the flat iron. The only thing I dont like is that the fumes are pretty strong, but its still a fantastic product. I hope they never stop making it!

My hair dresser used this on my hair and it smells great. I had to have it and this was a great price. If you use to much it will make your hair look greasy. I recommend the Chi Infra Texture Hair Spray..It has the shine and the hair spray and you can use as much as you want and it never looks greasy.. I like the Chi products alot...A Chi user in Cali

I think it is a bit weird that the directions tell you to use it with your CHI iron but then tell you that it is flammable and that you shouldn't use with heat??

I love this product on my dry african american hair. I agree with the other review, it will look greasy if you spray too much so don't go overboard. I spray in my hands and then run my hands through my hair, especially the ends. I have read several reviews that say they don't like the smell, but I love it.

CHI Shine Infusion sprays your hair with the most glistening sheen! I have light brown hair and it really shines on my blonde highlights. The smell is great too! This is the perfect finishing product to spray on before you head out the door.

Le recomiendo este producto, te deja el pelo muy brillante, muy bonito, solamente hazle un spray por todo el pelo, no necesitas mucho solamente un poquito y te deja el pelo muy brilloso. Tiene un olor agradable. Los productos CHI yo lo recomiendo me han echo maravillas a mi pelo.

This Thermal Polishing Spray is the bomb!!! It is just hard to come by. I have tried to find a store in my city that sells it, but there aren't any. And when I try to order it on-line, it is normally sold out. When I do get to get an order in, I normally order a few cans. EXCELLENT PRODUCT...the best thing for my hair!!!!!!!!
