this is the best flat iron ive had! i hav poofy, very thick, wavy hair, and this gets it straight in 20 min max. just be sure to ALWAYS use the heat spray, bcuz it can get hot and u dont wanna burn ur hair. it heats up in like 1 min which is rly good since i dont hav tht much time to get ready b4 school in the morning. also be careful to not touch your hair like until a few seconds after u take the iron off of it cuz it cn hurt ur hand...i learned tht the hard way. lol but overall awesome flat iron ive had it for 2 months and it still works like the day i first got it, if not better.
WORTH THE MONEY!!

omg i seriously don't know what i would do if i didn't have my chi! i really can't do much w/ my hair if my sister takes it on a trip! i just have to resign myself to crappy hair days while she's gone. i do a lot of performances so i have to style my hair in different ways. my hair does not stay curly if i use a curling iron, but when i use my chi i have beautiful, gorgeous curls all day and night! it is DEFINITELY worth the money!
however, be careful at about the 1 year mark b/c my first one crapped out and overheated and burnt my hair! the burnt part still hasn't grown out all the way and it's been about 5 or 6 months. my sister also had a chi though, which is what we use now, and hers is much older than a year and it still works perfectly so we think my chi just malfunctioned. just ALWAYS use flat iron heat protective spray and pay attention to how hot your chi is getting and you should be fine! :)
