First off, i got this baby 70 dollars off, && on top of that i made sure before i bought it to ask my stylist about products that prevent damage from straightners. (I use KMS flat out spray) and OMG my hair is AMAZZZING!!! THERE IS NO DAMAGAE WHATSOEVER!! My hair is super silky and straight. (i have very wavy hair). I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE!!! && I will never go back to another brand straightner EVER again!

Excellent product! I have VERY curly hair and most flat irons do not get my hair straight. The couple irons that I have bought in the past that actually worked left my hair frizzy and dry. This flat iron is incredible! It gets my hair pin straight and feels like silk when I am done. I would definitely buy this again and would recommend it to my friends and family!!

I absolutely LOVE this straightener!!! My hair stylists -Tara- used it & at first i was like WHAT!!! You can't do that! lol- But she tried it on my hair and it was AMAZING! I loved it!! I think my boyfriends getting me one for christmas! LOVE IT! :)

I recently purchased this flat iron, after my old CHI (which I loved) broke, after many many many years of use. WEll, let me tell you this flat iron is amazing. It leaves your hair smooth and shiny and so straight. I have thick wavy hair that has a ton of frizz and this flat iron takes care of all it. Plus the digital screen is awesome, being able to see the exact temperature and being able to set a timer to shut it off automatically if you want is awesome. I recommend this flat iron to anyone, and I have even used the T3 tourmaline wet/dry flat iron many many times and it has nothing on the CHI
Best iron found in 7 years.

This iron is fabulous! It is by far the best working iron I have found thus far. Generally, my hair tends to break/fall out a small amount when it is being ironed due to my need for change(aka overly processed hair) often. Not only does this iron eliminate my need for a blow out prior ironing, it flattens it without breaking it off. My hair is not as dry, or thinning. If used in combination with the CHI silk infusion it is sure to please. I save so much time doing my hair now!

my hair girl tried this new flat iron out on me the other day. she had never used it before and i didn't even know of such thing. my results were absolutely AMAZING!! my hair felt like SILK! It was smoother than ever before. I've used various flat irons over the years, but noting compairs to this one. my hair is naturally curly/wavy and i only straighten it about 3 or 4 times a month because it was always too long of a process... waiting for my hair to dry or blow drying it first, which left my hair coarse and frizzy. i ordred one of these irons immediatly when i got home. with results like this, i will use my flat iron a lot more!! A+++++++++++++ BUY IT NOW!!

i am about to graduate from hair school. our product rep brought this to demo in class. on all students it worked beyond good. the hair was barely towel dried and the iron flattened and smoothed better than when it was blow dried. i bought one on the spot... i love it!

I have used the new Chi wet-dry and I think I like my old Chi better but it broke (plates separated, I hear that is common after a few years). Anyway, I have such a hair dilemna that my results may not be typical. A year ago i did the Japanese straightner that was all the rage and it was ok (hair is too fine so it was very flat). About two+ months ago my hairdresser talked me into PERMING my hair back to curly- a loose perm she said -well NOT exactly right- so i bought this and i dont know if i am not using right (I use a few times per month and use deep conditioner/air dry everyday curly) I dont know if its not hot enough, if I am not holding it in one place long enough or what- i use it semi-dry, i use the chi spray and a straightening gel and I dont get great results -it doesnt stay all day...so i think it really isnt worth the money-just my opinion

I have had a chi for about 4 years now could not live with out one. The other day i went to get my hair done and my stylist asked me if i had tryed the new chi and i said no and she said im going to use it on you today my hair is supper thick and it only took a few mins to do my hair it left my hair so soft and also friz free i was raining that day and my hair never frized up at all i love it and now i cant live with out the new wet to dry chi best ever.

I got to be the guinea pig in my salon today. The rep was there to demonstrate this Chi flat iron. I have curly, coarse, very long hair. Frizzes terribly. My hair was quickly towel dried and this iron straightened and dried my hair. It is so soft and shiny I cannot believe it. The volume of my hair is half what it would be if they blow dried and then used the flat iron. Anyone with frizzy hair will know what I am talking about. Amazing product. I will be purchasing this flat iron and throwing out two others that can't compare.

I got my hair done last night at my salon with this iron and it was soooo fast. I have curly hair and he was able to straighten my long hair in about 10 min and only had to do it once. It was incredible. Everyone at work could not believe my hair. I just ordered it because I want to try it for myself.
