I have tried many products similiar to this one but chi silk infusion is the best. It is not heavy and does not weigh your hair down like others I have tried. I have used Paul Mitchell skinny hair serum, Matrix smooth sleek serum, biosilk and others. This product glides on easily and makes hair feel and look silky. It is pricey and the bottle is small but it is worth the money. It only takes a small drop. This ranks at the top of my list of awesome hair products and for me is a must have. I will keep buying this product. My hair is coarse, thick and chemically processed, and I use a flat iron daily. You will not be sorry you purchased this product. Go buy it!!

This product smells GREAT!.. Makes hair soft and slick but product weighs down style a bit if your straightening.

I have always had healthy, strong hair but because it was thick is never had movement, it never flowed. The Silk Infusion my hair always looks salon finished because of the bounce that it has. Definatley recommended!

Have been a loyal user of chi products for a long time.
This oil is great. Can be applied lightly on wet hair before blow drying. It adds softness and shine.
I would recommend it just be careful not to apply too much on hair. Pour a few drops in palms, spread on the surface of your hands and then apply evenly in hair.
Excellent damage control!

After getting a bad perm, I started using CHI silk infusion every time I washed my hair. It kept my dried-out, damaged hair moisturized, and prevented split-ends. My hair has been growing out (thankfully!) but I haven't had to trim more than I've wanted to because of damage done by the perm. I'm also using the CHI Keratin Mist as well, and I love it.

I really like this product. I do not find the fragrance to be offensive like some of the reviewers, but that is just my personal opinion. I think the fragrange is subtle, so it wouldn't offend others. A little goes a long way with this product, so you need to be careful not put too much on or you will look like a greaseball. I have extremely thick hair, so I section my hair into two halves and use a dime-size amount for each section and work through. I wouldn't get the product too close to your roots, or your hair will look unclean. I find if you brush your hair a few times after flat ironing, it will help distribute the product. I think this product has definitely helped preserve the health of my hair, and I would never flat iron my hair without using a product like this. Your hair will be shiny and healthy looking!

This is such an awesome product!! My hair dresser used it on my hair for the 1st time about a year ago, and I use it everyday now! I get so many compliments on how healthy and shiny my hair looks! I blow dry and flat iron evrday too! I would DEFINATELY purchase this!!!!! 5 stars!! Oh BTW...you only need to use about the size of a dime or smaller each time depending on how much hair you have so one bottle will last quite awhile.

This is great for extra protection when heat styling and added shine- just don't add too much or it will end up looking greasy! After towel drying hair I use my leave in conditioner (Aveda) then reach for the Chi Silk Infusion, I put about 3 drops in my hand, rub hands together then smooth the product through the length of my hair (medium length) avoiding rubbing into scalp, then I blow dry about half way, add repeat with about 2/3 drops again then finish blow drying and occasionally add another drop or two before using straight iron (Chi) comes out silky smooth and soft. Just remember, you DON'T need a lot.

i absolutely love this product. its the only product that leaves my hair shiny, soft and is good for your hair too!
and i cant trust it to protect my hair even when i dont straighten it it feels so soft.

So I am a product junkie. And I've been through the whole line of hair care from the Pantene's to the BioSilk to the Hot Sauce by FHI. But this is by far the most amazing stuff I've ever used! Before my straightener was giving me sickly split ends and the heat protectant (by Nexus) wasn't helping either. When I use Silk Infusion my hair instantly becomes shiny and its alot easier to straighten my thick thick thick wavy hair. Its a really small bottle though, so be careful on how much you use. Normally, you only need a drop. Smells yum too!

My hair after I wash it and air dry it is really curly, wavy, and frizzy. This stuff works really good makes my hair really soft and shiny after I straighten it. I just got done ordering more products for my hair made by CHI so hope I am as happy with them as I am with this only thing is it is a small bottle for the price but worth it would order again just thought I would try some other products made by them too!

I noticed a DRAMATIC change from the very first time I used it!! It has made my hair appear fuller, silkier, and healthier! Now I only use it about 2-3 times a week because even if I don't use it my hair is still really pretty. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This product is wonderful and works wonders for my hair. It smells delicious, gives hair a great sheen, and lasts a very long time. The 2 oz. lasted me months because you really only need a few drops at a time. I have wavy african-american hair and it leaves it soft, shiny (without being greasy), and works well in conjunction with my flat iron. Highly recommended and worth every penny!

I used to straighten my hair everyday and it was fine, but after a while that caught up with me and my hair became chronically dry. I haven't straightened my hair in over three months, or used any other chemical or heat treatment, but it is still dry. This product not only made my hair look better immediately after applying. I have been using this product for three months now, and my hair doesn't look or feel dry at all anymore!

I bought CHI Silk Infusion about 3 weeks ago, and I love it. I live in Oregon and our winters are extremely drying to hair and skin. Before finding this product I was using as many as 5 different products-conditioner, serum, mousse, hairspray, and shine spray to get healthy, soft, glowing hair with body and manage my flyaways. But I hadn't found the right combination of products, so it was an endless search. Not anymore. Silk Infusion has been the only thing I use on my hair for the past few weeks; I just wait for my hair to dry halfway, apply about a dime size amount to my palms, rub my hands together then run my hands through my hair while paying special attention to the ends and then smoothing down the top, dry my hair the rest of the way, and I'm good to go. what's great is that this product doesnt leave my hair greasy at all, so I can apply more later in the day if I want an extra boost. Silk Infusion also protects against damaging heat from hair dryers and flat irons. I pull my hair back for work, so I've got quite a few flyaways and broken hair around the crown of my head, but Silk Infusion takes care of them all. And I love the smell, it's a bit spicy like a men's cologne or deodorant, but not at all overpowering.

A little of this stuff goes a long way. It will make your hair a little greasy if you use more than you should for your hair lenght. It smells great too.
