Works Really Well

I purchased this product after reading the reviews on Folica. I didn't care for the way that CHI Iron Guard made my hair feel, but this works really well. Usually when I flat iron my hair, the ends feel weird and brittle, but when I apply the Silk Infusion, my hair feels so nice! I appreciate this product and have respect for the way it works . . . Good job, Farouk (makers of Chi products)! I have Type 4a hair, and the soft, moisture, and sheen and silkiness is great . . .
Very Pleased

I use the Silk Infusion daily to make mine and my daughter's hair soft and shiny. I'm African American, so I wash my hair once a week, not daily, and after I washed my hair, i sprayed on some of the Keratin Mist, then used the Silk Infusion and then blow dried. I'm so happy that my hair FINALLY looks and feels like it does right after I come from the salon. I will definately keep buying.

After shampooing and conditioning with a strengthing product, I towel dry, and spray my hair with the Keratin Mist. I use about a nickle size amount of the Silk Infusion, and blow dry my hair nearly dry. Then I use a hot air brush to straighten and curve my hair into a soft, below the jaw bob. I have one section of hair on each side of my head that tends to get frizzy, so I put about a Tic Tac size amount in my hand, rub them together, and smooth the product over those two sections. I then use a Sedu flat iron over those sections just once. Even if the humidity rises, and my hair starts to curl, the texture and shine is beautiful. I've tried MANY other products, but love the Chi line the most!
This stuff is great!!!

I've used and tried tons of different leave-in products for heat protection because i practically straight-iron and blowdry my hair everyday. This product does its job but makes my hair feel 'dirty' by the end of the day, like there's a lot of build up. Maybe it's because I put too much in. I liked the smell at first but later on, it reminded me of men's cologne or something. I wouldn't buy this again. I do recommend John Frieda's collection of hair products, i love them because they feel much lighter on your hair and smell wayy better =)
I love it

It is the best one so far! when I use my flat iron it leave my hair nice and silky but don't put to much because can be greasy. the reason I didn't give it 5 start is because I still searching for the 100% high humidity protection
Superior!!!!!!!

Im an African American woman, before I got a relaxer i use to put it on my coarse thick nappy hair and it made it soft and combable. Now I have a relaxer and it works just as good and better. I also had this stuff to my relaxer and it makes my hair feel like silk.
Best Hair Product Ever!!!

This product is amazing. First of all, I have thick, long, wavy hair and live in a very humid climate. I use a small amount and make sure it gets through my ends. I can't even describe the difference I notice with my hair. It just makes that extra difference without my hair feeling greasy and heavy. You can't even feel the product in your hair. Unless you use too much and then it is greasy. Also, I use it on days I only blow dry my hair and it is perfect but if I choose to use my straighting iron then I know I have extra protection for my hair with this product. The best thing about this product is it lasts forever!! I've been using the same bottle for 6 months and still have 1/3 left. I recommend to everyone!

This is by far my favourite hair product. I buy it in the large (300ml) bottle, and get 3 bottles at a time and then refill my small container so I can take the travel size in my handbag.
I have thick, coarse, frizzy/curly hair and have now had it thermal reconditioned (japansese straightening). I flat iron most days and blowdry every time I wash it. It is in GREAT condition, thanks to the CHI silk infusion.
I have tried Garnier Sleek n Shine (stinks and very greasy), Redken, Kerastase, John Frieda, you name it, I have tried it. This has the best consistency (just right for my hair) and provided you just add a tiny bit at a time, no greasiness.
Really fantastic product.
Good product, woudl buy again

Leaves your hair feeling smooth and silky. I can see why it might not be so great for very fine hair because it would just make it look even finer since a little goes a long way. Other than that, great product. Oh, and it does smell like men's cologne, but once you put it on your hair, the smell goes away.
Need more for thick hair

I thought this product to be a bit overrated. It's a thick, oily mixture that adds shine and oil to your hair but I have had to use a lot of it at once. My hair is thick, and about an inch past my shoulders. It's too expensive for the amount I need to use each time. May work better if your hair is shorter or not as thick (or permed straight).
I have since switched to a spray shine by Design Essentials that seems to spread more of the oil throughout my hair more evenly.
the best yet

I have tried so msny conditioners on my color treated dried out crop of hair. This by far is the best I have found. It moisturizes without leaving my hair oily and does not make my scalp itch, which happens with some of the hair products I have used. This is a product I would recommend and will buy again:)

This works pretty good. It is not the best I have used, but I do feel like it protects my hair when I use the straight iron or ceramic curling iron. It did leave parts of my hair a little weighed down, but nothing too bad. Nice product.

I like the results but the smell is overwhelming (and not in a good way). It reeks of cheap old man cologne. I can't believe how popular this stuff is considering the scent seems very outdated (Or maybe it's just a cultural/demographic thing?)
Didn't work for me!

I've read tons of reviews glorifying its affects. To me, it has the same consistency as Garnier Fructis' Sleek and Shine Serum(which also doesn't work). The Silk Infusion literally evaporated off my hair! It didn't leave it "silky" and I had to apply it several time before it stop evaporating. I'm African American/Indian with curly thin hair and it didn't work on me! ...I'm happy I got itfor free because the near twenty dollars it costs isn't worth it at all.
Love it

This product fixes rough feeling hair, split ends, etc. It smells wonderful. Not one day do I go without it. I use it on my 4 year old daughter and my 4 month old yorkie after baths.
