This stuff is EFFIN Amazing!!!! I use a lot of hair products and when I put this in my hair for the first time it like transformed my hair from dry-dead to SILKY Smooth!!! No joke I was freaking amazed of what this stuff did to my hair BUY IT worth every penny. I think its really effective when your hair is damp like when you get out of shower and kinda blow dry your hair and its kinda wet yes I LOVE it. I am going to buy a lot more of these!

I have crazy/frizzy/wavy/curly hair! Ha, not anymore!

So I straighten my hair with the 1/12 inch Sedu flat iron, which is an AMAZING FLAT IRON BY THE WAY, you should so buy it. Haha, moving on, I got this from a good friend of mine and I decided to try it out. I put a little bit on my damp hair, and then I straighten my hair, and put on a little afterwards. My hair is BABY SOFT and SUPER SHINY. (although the shine didn't lasted for long, which sucked) It also gave my hair healthy volume, which is amazing because it's hard to have both straight and volumous hair, you know? I can finally wake up in the morning with soft, soft hair- I don't even have to comb my hair much anymore. Maybe I should do what that girl with the dark hair did- Put some on damp hair, then some right before straightening my hair. Her hair is gorgeous! My hair stayed straight until my next wash.
I love it. It's simple the best, and WAY BETTER THAN MY BIOSILK!

To those african american chicks that are in need of a new product that will make your hair light, bouncy and shiny please try chi silk. I used it for the first time today with my also new hair regimen.
I washed and conditioned my hair,
applied my KeraCare wrap foam, then massaged my silk infusion, sat under the dryer for 1/2 hour, and then flat ironed my hair.
I did NOT need to add any oil sheen while flat ironing my hair. I was done in about 15 min instead of my usual 30. My hair felt like butter.
I love it and I rate the Chiit a 5. A little pricey but it is Worth every dime.

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS SO GOOD LEAVE MY HAIR LIKE A SILK BUT DON'T APPLY TOO MUCH BECAUSE A CAN BE GREASY! LEAVE MY HAIR NICE AND SHINE.

This is what I have/used:
Hair: Dry/Waxy - Frizzy if brushed
Hair Tool: Solia Flat Iron
Products: I do use a bit of general sheen spray in between flat ironing, but I used about a dime or two of this chi infusion.
Results: Even before flat ironing my hair felt great. I did notice a difference. I will purchase this product again. It does smell a bit like cologne but the smell doesn't last long. Don't let the fragrance steer you away from this product. It doesn't weight hair down like biosilk, etc.

This product is great! I have highlighted hair that I blow-dry and flat iron/curl daily. This leaves me with dry, damaged hair with oily roots. After I wash and towel dry my hair I use a small amount in my hair (avoiding the roots). A little of this product goes a long way. After using Silk Infusion, my hair is so silky and shiny and feels fabulous. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants heat protection and soft, smooth hair.

I never thought I'd be able to say that my hair is soft, frizz-free, and bouncy. But it IS! This product has made my hair look gorgeous, something I didn't think could happen, even after going to a salon. Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum worked OK for my hair - it wasn't quite strong enough, though, but I figured the problem was my flat iron (a crappy Wal-Mart Revlon). So I switched and bought the Sedu flat iron, and my hair got so much better, but not quite the BEST. So I said, what the heck, I'll buy other products. I went through a slew of junk, mostly by Paul Mitchell, but then I found the CHI Silk Infusion. Oh, how my life has changed. I have more counter space for one thing, having thrown out all the other worthless products and just keeping this one thing. It works without the flat iron, too, but I think it's heat activated or something. My hair is softest and silkiest when this stuff is in my hair and I'm using my flat iron.
Anyway BUY IT! You will not regret it, unless you use too much (your hair will be GROSS unless you use an appropriate amount!) or are bothered by the men's cologne smell, which does go away after a bit.

so..I have very curly/croase hair, very much like beyonce in austin powers, a really bis afro!! And I used to put al kinds of things when straightening my hair, anti frizz products, heat protection you name it. But still my hair would only be really straight for 1-2 hours, after that I alwasy had to take them in a bun or something. But with Silk Infusion it is perfectly straight just from blow drying!! My hair used to not shine at all, but now it reflects all the lights it looks amazingly healthy. Together with the Sedu straightener it stays sleek and straight for DAYS!! LOVE IT

so i decided to buy the chi silk infusion thanks to a recommendation.
and my hair is very very dry with split ends and it's hard to straighten.
and once i step outside, it frizzies and waves all over again! what a hastle.
the chi doesnt make your hair stay straight longer, but rather it helps detangle it and smoothes it.
so in other words, tangle free hair! but even my sedu can't keep my hair straight for long.
so if youre in doubt and have tried many products, go buy a small bottle [2oz] and if this seems pricy, ask your freidn to share half the bottle and price with you :]

i was scared to use this product because i hear bad things about ironing with chemicals in your hair, but this product is GREAT makes your hair smooth & gorgeous and smelling great as well. i have long long hair and it works wonderful. the big part i love about Chi silk infusion is it also protects ur hair from heat damage! how great i just love it
. be sure not to use to much or your hair will be greasy.
other than that i love this its fantastic i HIGHLY reccomend it (:

Hello, I have Type 4a hair, and this product works wonders. It makes my hair very soft and healthy. The silk definitely fuses into the hair shaft, and the results (if used correctly are great!) Folica is exceptional with shipping and customer service. I would recommend this product to anyone, but do not use a lot, and my experience with Folica has been great! I also use it as a moisturizer during the week--a dime size: that's all.

I just ordered this product and I AM a product junkie and proud of it! I have very blonde highlighted hair and it DOES make your hair feel like silk! The bottle is small, but you don't have to use much. I've tried other hair products and they were ok, but this one is totally fabulous! Worth buying for sure. Wish I had known of Chi years ago! You will NOT be disappointed!

It work really good and makes my hair feel sleek. I put it on before i straighten it but the smell isnt too great. It kinda smells like men cologne.

i love this stuff, i have very bleached damaged hair so i definitely do not find this product greasy at all, makes my hair so soft, LOVE IT!

I had to use more than most people recommend to see the results I wanted, but it was worth it. I use about a quarter size amount on towel dried hair before and after I put leave-ins in. I then air dry and flat iron with my CHI. My hair is thick and a few inches past shoulder length. I've never seen it this shiny without having to use extra shine products, it's also light and very silky and just weightless. I also use the Keratin Mist as a leave-in. I'll be buying from this line for a long time to come.
Great results but needs a fragrance/colour modification

I like this product but the smell is a little off-putting as some of the reviewers suggested. I am not that particular about smell but the first time I used this product it made me a little self-conscious - it smells like a mild men's cologne. Since then I find I don't notice it as much after I initially apply it. I'm also not that impressed that it's yellowish in colour and that this colour is added along with the fragrance. In terms of what it does for my hair, it's absolutely great. It makes it light, smooth and shiny. I have thicker, normal hair with a natural wave. My ends have a tendency to become damaged and it helps with protection and making them smoother. However, I do prefer Biosilk overall but since I have this product as well I rotate between the two products. Both are made by Farouk and their ingredient list is quite similar, with the exception that Biosilk does contain alcohol while this Chi product does not. Biosilk has done wonders for my hair also, but I'm apprehensive about the alcohol in the product although I do like it better than the Chi.

Hey, I bought my chi silk infusion 6 oz in January and still have a little left and I use Enough with fine frizzy curly hair and it is great. It is the only thing i can use to keep my hair feeling silky soft and weightless. I love it and as long as they manufacture this product it will always be in my home.
