This has been a great flat iron and quickly straightens my hair...except that i have only had it for 4 months and there is a short in the cord where it connects to the iron. I do not have my receipt to return it as I bought it from my stylist. As long as you hold the cord in the right place it works great. But if not, it will turn off and on while you are using it.

The color is soo sassy! I have thick, long hair and this straighter does wonders! Do not know how I lived without it for so long! Worth ever penny that I dreaded to pay for it!

Excellent product. My daughter straightens her hair several times a day and her hair was becoming quite damaged from her previous straightner. The Chi flat iron is awesome. It was worth every penny. Her hair looks so much better and she can straighten her hair in less than half the time. The pink color was perfect!

when i used it it wass good. better then my cheep old straightner. this worked and it didnt frizz my hair and it stayed straight for 3 days and i didnt hav to re-straighten it.

i work in a salon, and its definitely a product you have to know the details with (as far as how hot the temperature gets so you dont leave it on your hair too long and fry it) but ive seen nothing but wonderful results from it, and id never recommend anything other than CHI products. the hairdryer is also a wonder 5-star product :)

hey the girl who said it fried her hair after one use is mistaken because she used it wrong so if you have recently dyed ure hair{5-8 weeks]ago don't use it

Its a very fabulous product.It only took me 10 mins to strighten my hair and Its just wonderful and The Service was very quick.Iwas expeting to get the straightner in about a week but it was with me the very next day..Thank you so much! I just love it

I am very upset to have to write this review. I was so excited to receive this flat iron, and when I used it... it totally fryed my hair. I know you are all thinking I probably used it wrong, but I didn't! As a matter of fact, due to the high heat (which I had no control over), I quickly slid this thing through with only 1 pass from roots to end, and I was left with totally fryed hair. My hair is blond and color treated (& highlighted). Stay away from this product if you have chemically treated hair. PLUS there is no temperature control.

I really like the Pink Chi. I work in a beauty club store and would recommend this iron to anyone. This iron works really well if you use the Chi products. You do not want to use anything with alcohol previous to straightening your hair with this flat iron because it will burn your hair. I do like the pink iron but Chi is coming out with a nano. This is a breakthrough in hair care. Nano actually kills bacteria in your hair, but it is considerably more money in our store it runs for around $200.

Well my mom got a regular Chi and I have to tell you Chi is a GREAT brand. I am thinking of getting a pink one for myself. It is expensive but it's worth it. It will work on anyone's hair AND in my community everyone wants one....but not everyone can afford it. You get your Chi today...nothing can compare to it.

The Chi Limited Pink Iron did not proform as I expected for my hair thick hair. So if you have more than average thickness or curly hair I would not recommend this procuct. I used it on my own hair which is shoulder length thick and curly and my daughters who's hair is longer and thick and did not receive the desired results as I did of my previous flat iron. The reason I did not purchas the previous one is that they no longer make the same one and I was recommeded to try this one. However it is not close to the same quality or size for the money.
