I have very kinky hair and it makes my haid bone straight. I've used it on my hair damp (not sopping wet) which they don't recommend, and it works beautifully. I would buy this again, and again, and again.

I got this Christmas 2006, I loved it so much!
It got my hair stick straight and lasted all day.
Around JUly 2007, I turned it on, and the light didn't come on. I reset it and everything.. and nothing. Then, when I tilted it it came on and tilted it back it went off. I think there was a short and they wouldnt let us send it back.
Heh.... it was great while it lasted.

what???????????? i love mine and i had it for 2 years and it stop working and a couple days ago i went on and it said "out of stock" now it says dicontinued? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

my chi came within the time period i was told, i'm very happy with that. great service, i recommend folica.com to others. actually i bought it for my daughter and she loves it. however it doesnt have a temperature setting, i was aware of that and used it on my bleached hair and frizzled it. time for a hair cut now. be careful, its veeryyyyyyyyy hot.

I have the worst hair you could ever imagine, it is so wavey, you can't do anything with it! i got my chi about a year and a few months ago and it was a life saver! all the irons put together can't even add up to what this iron does! a couple weeks ago my mom and i got our hair chemically straighten and my hair of course is straight, but not as good if i straighten it. To my luck i didn't take that good care of my chi, so it just shut down. Luckly i am getting a new one! i recommend this straightener.

i got this chi last feb for my birthday and ive loved it since day one. ive used the black chi as well and they both work pretty much exactly the same. im glad i bought it =]

I bought this flat iron for my daughter who is bi-racial and it is excellent. She has naurally curly hair got her hair so straight. Only problem it stopped working after a year. But I definetly will be buying another.

I have went through 3 of these straighteners and its the same thing every time the chord messes up and i leave it on my dresser i never take it anywhere or wrap it up and after 4 months all 3 has messed up!!!!!!

ive been using chi flatiron for a little over 3 years and in these three years they have a broke on me, especially the pink, the pink chi only lasted me 7 months, and i paid almost $130.00 for it so i ordered a solia and im just hoping this flat iron is going to be better than the chi.

ok this one does not compare to the black one! ok dont let the color fool you like it did me!! it does not work on my hair or my friends at all! and the light keeps going off and on? i dont reccomend this one

ok my friend has this straghtner and it does a bad job do not let the color fool you!!! the black one that my friend has is so much better! please do not get it is not the cutest color once you get it too

I've only tried 2 other flat irons before, $100 HAI ceramic and a $30 Revlon but I got the pink CHI a month ago and it's definitely the best. It performs similarly to the HAI but it's a beautiful baby pink. You wouldn't believe the beautiful curls you can make with this CHI! It takes some practice but you can make beautiful wavy curls in the less time and with less damage than with a wide barrel curler. I love that I can curl or straighten. My hair even looks healthier! Just make sure you use a good thermal protector before you use the iron. I use TIGI Catwalk Fashionista.

I've been using the Chi hair strighter for three years and swear that nothing works quite like it. So when my frist one finally broke I decided to purchase the limited edition flat iron for a little bit of a change. It worked for 5 minutes and then turned its self off, and hasn't worked since.

I liked the pink chi at first... it worked great and I really liked the color. I haven't even owned for a year and it doesn't even heat up anymore... DON'T LET THE COLOR FOOL YOU, LIKE IT DID TO ME!!! IT COSTS ALOT OF MONEY, BUT IT'S NOT EVEN WORTH IT!!!!!!!!
