wow this is amazing it works soo good. and i have very thick wavy hair and im all about health when it comes to my hair and i dont want breakage or anyhting and this falt iron is better than one i have tried. and the reason why people keep on saying they break easliy or it damages their hair its mostly because they dont know how to use it. so try it and im sure u will love it. if u want smooth silky super glossy shiny hair thats full of health get this!

It's too bad I listened to my friend on this one. I used it once and now the ends of my hair are nappy and white. I'm super pissed and totally taking this thing back to where I got it. How in the heck can they charge so much for this hair damaging p.o.s?? I'm going in for a trim and then I'm buying a solia.

Not only does it do a fantastic job in straightening my hair, but the iron heats up in a manner of SECONDS and works in minutes (and trust me I have a whole lot of hair). And on top of that it's PINK! I've read the reviews on the fact that the product breaks easily but I think that if you just take good care of it, it shouldn't be a problem, I've had mine for over a year now and it still works great :)

I had a t3 flat iron but decided to try out the cute pink chi. Big mistake, it snags your hair and doesn't have a temp. control setting. This product works well for the occassional flat iron user.

So i got one last year. it worked great and heated up quickly...but while straightening my hair the other day the little switch melted!!!!

Ive been straightening my hair for years and this is by far the best straightening iron Ive ever used!Its get so hot,so fast.Its like it melts your hair straight.I also have crazy,curly,frizzy hair.Once my hair is straight you would have no idea thats its not naturally straight.

I bought a pink Chi in May of 2007. I used it a few times a week. I was happy with it, it worked pretty well. In December of 2007, it stopped working. No power to the unit at all. I had never dropped it, and never wrapped the cord around it. Nothing that could've possibly hurt the iron. So I had to pay to send it back, and the $10 fee. I get the replacement, use it 2x's and the same thing happens! Folica was pretty good, they sent the replacement right away. But, now I'm afraid to use it. I just know it's going to break again.
I bought a pink GHD, and I like that one a lot better. It's a lot less damaging to my hair, and I'm more confident that it'll last. I'm probably going to give my sister the chi.

I love this flat iron. my mom has the chi red one, and I would borrow hers all the time so I finally got my own, I love how it leaves my hair soo soft if you try it with other chi products your hair is left soo silkyish!!

I love this chi! i use to hate having long hair before i got this chi straightner! but now i love it and my hair always stays looking great during the day!

I have very kinky hair and it makes my haid bone straight. I've used it on my hair damp (not sopping wet) which they don't recommend, and it works beautifully. I would buy this again, and again, and again.

I got this Christmas 2006, I loved it so much!
It got my hair stick straight and lasted all day.
Around JUly 2007, I turned it on, and the light didn't come on. I reset it and everything.. and nothing. Then, when I tilted it it came on and tilted it back it went off. I think there was a short and they wouldnt let us send it back.
Heh.... it was great while it lasted.

my chi came within the time period i was told, i'm very happy with that. great service, i recommend folica.com to others. actually i bought it for my daughter and she loves it. however it doesnt have a temperature setting, i was aware of that and used it on my bleached hair and frizzled it. time for a hair cut now. be careful, its veeryyyyyyyyy hot.

I have the worst hair you could ever imagine, it is so wavey, you can't do anything with it! i got my chi about a year and a few months ago and it was a life saver! all the irons put together can't even add up to what this iron does! a couple weeks ago my mom and i got our hair chemically straighten and my hair of course is straight, but not as good if i straighten it. To my luck i didn't take that good care of my chi, so it just shut down. Luckly i am getting a new one! i recommend this straightener.
