I've had my pink Chi for a year now, and it's one of the best purchases I made with my maxed out credit card! Yeah, it does snag sometimes, but that's because I have split ends in some places. No one ever said that a flat iron would IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF YOUR HAIR. They only said it will make it straight and shiny.. so some people need to get that clear. But I really do love my Chi. It comes EVERYWHERE with me. It heats up quickly. I see a lot of people have had problems with their cords but I haven't yet. ** There are covers you can by for straighteners people.. I think they really do help. They are heat retardant. I believe they are by Vera Bradley. My room mate is always stealing my pink Chi and she has an original Chi but loves mine! I would recommend it to anyone.

I love the pink, it works great, I needed a relaxer badly, my hair is very kinky, but the chi helped cover all that. It's great so far, way beyond my expectation.

I absolutely love this straightner! It works better than anything I ever owned!!! If you are looking for a quality (the best) straightner - look no further. This is the one for you. I highlight my hair but the CHI doesn't damage it. I recommend using the CHI Keratin spray and CHI Silk Infusion with your CHI. They are designed to work with the CHI and IT DOES WORK!!! I am a first time owner of a CHI and using the CHI products, but I'm sold for as long as they are making these products!! I included some photos but it was windy so take that into consideration please.

I just got this straigtner for my birthday. I love it. It's pink which is a plus. It straightners my hair so fast. And stays straight. It doens't hurt at all. My old sraightner pulled and tugged my hair. Chi glides right through. I love this straightner.

IT WORKS GREAT BUT YOU BETTER READ THE WARRENTY... THE CHI WONT LAST FOR A YEAR AND WHEN IT DOES STOP WORKING YOU WILL READ YOUR WARRENTY AND IT WILL TELL YOU THAT IT DOESNT COVER WHAT IS GOING TO BE WRONG WITH IT... Well I got my CHI like a year and a few months ago... and now it is STILL working great! It is worth every dollar. To keep your flat iron in good condition just make sure you don't EVER wrap the cord around it. My friend got one a few months after I got mine and hers is already shutting off on its own due to the fact that she wraps her cord around her iron.

I just wanted to let you know that I love my "Pink" Solia flat iron. I had purchased a more expensive one, a "Chi", and I didn't like it as well as the Solia. The Solia Ceramic, with tourmaline, leaves my hair shiny and wonderfully straight. I have short, curly hair, frizzy at the hairline, and it does an absolutely wonderful job. You may use my comments, as you wish. Thanks for offering this wonderful product, at an incredible price. The mat/pouch was an added plus.

my chi straightner works very well on my hair. thats because its an ultra chi. they are very hard to find but i suggest to try and find an ultra chi.

I was told about the product from a good friend! When she introduced it to me she said that she was amaze as the results. I had to see it for myself to be the judge on that. She showed me and I was just shocked on how quick and easy it took for her to do her hair. I searched for the CHI and found this website and purchased it! I don't leave my house without it. It used to take me 2 hours to do my hair, now it only takes me 15-30 minutes. I would recommend this to everyone who has kinky and frizzy hair.

I recently got my Pink Chi.
It's not the same color as the one featured here, it's more of a hot pink with sparkles but the color was only an added bonus!
I'm half-black so naturally my hair is kinky and fuzzy and whatnot, so I had it chemically straightened.
Using this just adds to the softness, straightness and shine.
WORTH EVERY PENNY!
Not worth the money...

I bought my Chi last August and last week when I plugged it in it wouldn't turn on. When i jiggled the cord a little, it made like sizzling sounds and only works half the time now! I then called the Farouk Systems customer service as it says to do in your warranty booklet... to be informed that Folica is not an authorized vendor to sell the Chi and therefore they wouldn't replace it. Folica does cover the chi for 1 year if you call and let them know that you spoke with Farouk and they claimed them an unauthorized dealer. I love it and it works great, WHEN it works! But $100... really?

i have been a hair stylist for 4 years and recently opened my own salon. i have used the SAME pink chi for 2 years (many times per day). it is by far the best straightener out there. and for those who are saying it pulls your hair, you may notice it only pulls toward the ends of your hair. this has to be that you have split ends. either that or you may have hair products caked on your straightener. never put gel/hairspray in your hair before straightening. anyway i reccommend the chi and i encourage all my stylists to use them too...

I have very tight curls and at first this product was amazing. it made myhair smooth and silky. then about a little over a year after i bought it the cord stopped working. You would have to turn it a certain way for the light to come on. It takes twice as long to straighten my hair now! But the thing is I only use it like once a month and i never dropped it or anything. I thought I was the only one until I asked 2 of my friends that have the same one. The same thing happened to them! Now I dont think I can get it fixed. This was a dissapointment

wow this is amazing it works soo good. and i have very thick wavy hair and im all about health when it comes to my hair and i dont want breakage or anyhting and this falt iron is better than one i have tried. and the reason why people keep on saying they break easliy or it damages their hair its mostly because they dont know how to use it. so try it and im sure u will love it. if u want smooth silky super glossy shiny hair thats full of health get this!

It's too bad I listened to my friend on this one. I used it once and now the ends of my hair are nappy and white. I'm super pissed and totally taking this thing back to where I got it. How in the heck can they charge so much for this hair damaging p.o.s?? I'm going in for a trim and then I'm buying a solia.

Not only does it do a fantastic job in straightening my hair, but the iron heats up in a manner of SECONDS and works in minutes (and trust me I have a whole lot of hair). And on top of that it's PINK! I've read the reviews on the fact that the product breaks easily but I think that if you just take good care of it, it shouldn't be a problem, I've had mine for over a year now and it still works great :)

I had a t3 flat iron but decided to try out the cute pink chi. Big mistake, it snags your hair and doesn't have a temp. control setting. This product works well for the occassional flat iron user.
