Amazing product. Everything that I expected and more. My hair is very thick, full and has a natural wave this product takes care of every problem I've ever had. After using my CHI my hair was smooth, straight, and silky. And it lasts. I can even go out all night and not have a fluffy hair at the end.

I absolutely love the flat iron, along with the iron guard and silk stuff. I have fine AND highlighted hair, and it leaves my hair super straight and feeling/looking healthy. I was worried about the iron getting too hot and damaging my hair, but that doesn't seem to be a problem. Oh yeah, and it's hot in under a minute! Definitely worth the money!

I haven't tried any other flat irons and don't see a need to after using this one. It's amazing! I absolutely love it. It's one of the best purchases I have ever made.

Haha, okay! i love the CHI flat iron! I don't even know what to say to you people that say, "oh i got split ends and it broke right when i got it..." If you dont take care of it and don't use it how you're suppose to of course those things are going to happen to it...!!! anyways, this is the best brand of flat irons that i have every used. I have a Solia Ion Ceramic straightener and it works okay, but i would defiantely trade it for a CHI anyday!!! Thanks guys!!! :D

I used to LOVE my CHI. I got it about a year ago I couldnt live without it. Last week while I was on vacation, the on/off button just FELL OFF. I tried to put it back it, didnt work. There is no place that will fix it. This was an EXPENSIVE straightener, I am furiated.

I am so anger I have purchased this product and only had it for 21/2 months and the on/off button popped right out and I cant get it back in and now I am out 165.00 dollars I wouldnt recommend this product to anyone I have tried to call several places to get it fixed with no luck

My chi is the best flat iron ever!!!!! trust me, invest your money in a chi and you won't be dissapointed. My hair is so silky and smooth and stick stright when i use it, it makes me look a totally different person!
Major Split Ends

I loved the Chi straightener at first. It straightened my thick wavy hair quickly and my hair looked great. However, after about a month and a half I started to get terrible split ends. I was using the iron guard that came with it every time I straightened my hair. I've never had split ends like this before. BasicallyF the Chi gets way too hot and there is no temperature control. I do not recommend this flat iron to anyone!

I actually purchased these flats irons as well as a pair of scp flat irons. The scp irons come with a temp. guage which i can can if im doing someone with fine hair. The chi pull at hair causing breakage, the hair gets stuck in the space next to the heating element. What an expensive lesson i learned, however i never would have found out about the chi infusion oil.....

This iron is truly remarkable. I tried several prior to purchasing this Chi, one of which was just as expensive but did not do the job. My hairdresser uses these exclusively in her salon and recommended them. A couple days later, a friend in California also bought one at the recommendation of her hairdresser, and for the first time ever, also has straight hair. Most importantly, this iron doesn't damage hair, in fact, it leaves it soft and silky (my ends split easily). You will wonder how you did without it!

I got the chi in december, and I loved it for about 1 month, and it started getting horrible. I have layers, and they usually fly all over the place and dont stay straight, and the chi didnt help. It stayed straight for about 1 hour or so...I LOVE the paul mitchell straightener. I mean it is the best straightener known to man. I AM NOT KIDDDING. You can sleep on your hair, and brush it in the morning, and it will stay straight. The layers stay down, and it makes your hair full of shine!! And if you put your hair in a ponytail after using the paul mitchell iron, it doesnt get a ring around the hair. the paul mitchell is SOO amazing!!!

WOW! I used my Pink Chi for the first time this evening and I was not at all disappointed. I was thrilled with how quickly and easily it styled my hair. Other flat irons I have found difficult to put a bend in the hair but this one does it perfectly. I highly recommend the Iron Guard and Silk Infusion as well. I loved the way my hair turned out so shiny, soft. I read some of the reviews that said they fried their hair? The only thing I can think of is that they are trying to use it like a curling iron holding it on the hair for way too long. I think this product is worth every cent of its cost. I have another flat iron that I bought at the beauty supply (not a cheap iron either) that I never did like and got horrible results using it. I'll never use any other flat iron again after using my Chi. I truly got my hair done so fast that I surprised myself. My sister also has one of these irons and she has told me how it holds the bend in her hair when she wants to flip it or put a curl in it. She said she could do her hair at night and the next morning all she had to do is brush through her hair and it looked perfectly beautiful. I would highly recommend this iron to anyone - and like one reviewer said earlier. "If you don't like it you must not know how to use it". I totally agree. This iron works perfectly with my Chi Pink Blow Dryer (also highly recommended)

I used a friends Chi the other day. I love it because it is pink and also it works sooo good! So much better than the flat iron i have at home. I dont reccomend it to anyone who has easily damaged hair though because it gets very hot! For me that is a good thing though. It makes your hair PIN straight and the iron gaurd spray works good too!

the chi works so good !!! i tried at least 10 differrent kinds of straiteners and they never worked so i decided to go and just spend a little more money one something that might work thatn some cheep thing ... and it did .. it works WONDERS ... I LOVE IT !! AND I ESPECIALLY LOVE THE PINK ONE ... CAUSE IT IS PINK ! AND THE DEAL FOR THE PINK CHI IS GREAT CAUSE I BOUT A REGULAR BLACK CHI FOR LIKE 130.00 AND I COULD GET A LIMITED EDITION CHI AND SOME HAIR THINGS TO MAKE YOUR HAIR SOFT AND A HEAT PAD THING THAT IS GREAT .. I WOULD 100 % RECCOMEND KTHE CHI :p

The iron works really well, but don't expect it to last very long. I've had mine for 6 months and it broke. The on/off switch doesn't move anymore and I can't turn it on, like it melted. After paying this much for a flat iron, I expect it to hold out for at least a year. I'm trying to cash in on the warrenty (bought it from this site). Will report back on my success.
Wife AND daughter have this CHI = BEST!

Bought one for my daughter = she loved it = so, I bought one for my wife.
They had another 'brand' of flat-iron. They both put them away, because the CHI is far superior to the others.
100% satisfaction and an A+ endorsement from me.
If you use a flat-iron, you will be very happy with the CHI.

The limited edition package was a great deal. This is the BEST flat iron I have used (and I've tried many). It does not pull my hair and makes my hair so soft and silky it's unbelieveable. My friend paid much more for just the flat iron alone!!! I'm very pleased that Folica cares enough to make it affordable for everyone that wants to have great hair!!

I purchased the CHI pink approximately two months ago, and although I do think the iron's straightening ability and quick heat-up time are quite nice, however, I am now disappointed overall with this product. I have used the Silk Infusion serum and Iron Guard religiously as directed when I straghten my hair, as well as Pureology moisturizing shampoo on a regular basis. I also have followed manufacturer recommendations in usage of the iron, and quickly slide the iron through my hair rather than letting it sit it one place for an extended period. Unfortunately, my hair is fine and limp, and the CHI has managed to fry my hair so that I now have horrible split ends. I have not had split ends in fifteen years and am now awaiting my next visit to the salon just so I can get the split ends trimmed so my hair will at least look healthy again. For those with fine hair, DO NOT buy this iron. It gets too hot!!!
