I love my CHI. It is the best invention ever made. I am African American with the nappiest hair in the world. When I use my chi, it looks like I just got a relaxer which is good for me because I usually have to get relaxers more frequently than most people. If your thinking about paying more for a flat iron because of the quality it is supposed to be better think again. I dont see anything being better than my chi.

ever since the chi came out my hair has been 100% starighter and i LOVE it!!! and everyone who says its crap and its not worth the money their on crack! because the chi is worth every penny. any ways the price might not be great but the product is defintely worth it.

I got my CHI a little over a year ago. I absolutely LOVED it!!! But about 2 weeks ago, it started messing up on me. The warranty is only for 1 year! And it's nothing that I did by dropping. It's for sure a mechanical problem. When I plug it in, it heats up [after I push the reset button 3 times], but it doesn't take long for it to get cold again.. maybe 5 minutes. I've been Very unhappy with it! When you pay $150 for a straightener, I would think it would last a bit longer. I must say, it was Great while it lasted though.

WELL I BOUGHT THIS CHI FLAT IRON AND IN LESS THAN 1 YEAR THE CORD GOT ALL MESSED UP. THEN I BOUGHT THE SOLIA PINK FLAT IRON BECAUSE OF THE REVIEWS IT HAD AND IT'S WAY BETTER AND CHEAPER! SOLIA IS THE BEST DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF CREAP, IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I went to my hair dresser for a haircut, and she used a Chi flat iron on my hair. The results were amazing! I have a Conair flat iron, and in no way do they compare. The Chi made my fine, frizzy,wavy hair smooth and silky. I never dreamed my hair could look this good! The one I ordered was delivered yesterday, and I get the same exact results at home! I'm so excited! The protector spray, and silk serum are nice, but I think I care for Redken products a little more. All in all, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. The free pouch and makeup case from Folica made it even better!

The Chi has been one of the best purchases I've made! I have curly and thick hair and when I use the Chi, it makes it really straight and shiny! I love it! The only con would be heat regulation, but besides that, I think it has proven to be a really good product. I like the fact that it's thin and I can straighten smaller hair that is near to my forehead.

I first met the Chi back in 2003 thru my hairstylist. Since the Chi and I met it was an instant match. My hair has a natural wavy curl-not too curly but not loose either-and yes sometimes it has a mind of its own. Not to mention my hair coloring which includes highlights. The Chi has been the only flat iron to tame its wildness and keep it that way. My own mother bought her own as well.
I'd recommend this flat iron to anyone.

I bought this product because I have thick, coarse and wavy hair. Did not work any better than my $40 Conair even with the Silk and Iron Guard. Returning

I have very wavy hair and the humidity where I live doesn't help. I have had a chi now for 2 years and I can't imagine living without it. It's expensive but worth every penny. Ask for it for Christmas or your birthday! This website is the cheapest I have seen anywhere.

So I bought the Pink bling chi which is the same as this pink chi execpt its hot pink and the word chi is in pink bling jewels on it. I love it. I've used the regular pink one before and loved it. there are alot of comments on here about how they fall apart but it's because you have to take care of them. don't wrap the cord around it, don't leave it on for long periods of time, and be careful with the on and off switch. It keeps my hair straightened for a really long time and makes it shiny and silky. It works great to straigten my hair but you have to use the thermal protectant otherwise your hair will become very dry and break off. It's an excellent straigtener and I recommend it to everybody. I've had this one since April 13, 2007 and I'll give another update in a couple of months or so.
Can't wait to get my Chi!!!!

Last weekend, I used my sister-in-laws chi for the first time during a road trip. My hair looked great! I sent a picture from the weekend to some friends, and each one commented on how good my hair looked. So when I got home, I convinced my husband that I had to have it (after all, Mother's Day is coming up...). 2 days later, I ordered it, and I'll have it in another 2 days. I can't wait! We were outside in the heat all day long, and my hair stayed straight! What a great product!

I have layered hair. I purchased the chi, because with other cheap flat irons, it didnt add shine, or it didnt keep the layers down. They flew away all over the place. I like my chi, because I don't have layered hair. Although it doesnt keep my hair straight for long, and i have slightly wavy hair. I recommend the paul mitchell flat iron. It is pricey, but so is the chi. I purchased the paul mitchell flat iron today and I am so satisfied with the results! Also, it adds so much body and shine, the shine is INCREDIBLE, and makes your hair move unlike the chi which just straightens your hair. The paul mitchell "smoothing iron" adds a glass finish shine. it is incredible and i love it!!

i just ordered a pink chi flat iron and im so excited!!! Ü Like all my friends have one and their hair turns out great. I just had a sleepover with 3 of my friends and one of them brought her red chi and we played salon and she straitened my hair and it looked so cool!! Then she curled it and then she crimped it and then she flipped it out int he morning! Chi is so woth every penny. You can trust me. There are so many ways you can style your hair with this one amazingggggg hair product!! Well the fact is i LOVE CHI!

I love chi irons. I am a licensed stylist and i can not function through out the day with out a pair. I do not like any other brand other than chi. The performance is beyond wonderful.

I can honestly say that I haven't had a bad hair day since I started using my Chi. Previously, I owned a Conair flat iron and it is not even in the same league! True, the Chi is a little pricey, but well worth the expense. Now I'm even considering getting the Chi hair dryer because my experience has been so good!
Product came in great condition and was here in only two days. Highly recommended product!!
