I love it!! I ordered my chi because I have tried all of the hair staightners at wal-mart. I have a red conair wet to straight hair iron that is a good staightner. Except that it would not keep away the terrible frizzies that humidity is so known for! (I live in Missouri) I went to get my hair cut into a bob that is layered short in the back. The stylist used a chi 1" flat iron to style and stack the back of my hair in curls!! I was so pleased that I got online and found this awsome PINK Dazzle! I got it free shipping and I love the curls or the pin straight look that it gives me. Not to mention how shiny it makes my hair looks. It rained all day today that made cold humidity and no frizzies at all!! Chi I Love you!! I Love It!!!

ohmygod. this straightener is absolutely amazing. its better than the paul mitchell! i feel that it has much better quality. the chi is so great because it doesn't burn your hair with its ceramic plates. and, it's pink! i can't live without it. i use it almost every day and it keeps my hair friz-free and smooth. thanks , chi ! (:
