I love this chi. I got it for mother's day. It only takes one stroke to make my hair silky straight. The only flaw is that it feels like it would break really easily. Like its made cheaply. My target hair straightener feels like it would last longer.Ive had it now for a year and it still works. But the chi heats up quickly and it takes lass than 10 minutes to do my hair now. With the wet to style from target. It took an hour. I love the chi. Im just hoping it will last me a long time.Thanx folica!!!!

all my friends had CHI's and i had used them before and knew they worked good. so last summer i bought one. it worked great up until like a week ago it turns on randomly and want stay lit unless its in a certain spot. my other friend has been through 3 of the same one!!!!!
GREAT! i wasn't sure what to get, but i ended up getting this one, and loved it!

so at first, i really just wanted a chi, because it is the most popular brand (where i am from, anyway). so i was looking at all the possibilities, and decided i wanted a pink one.
i saw two pink chi's, and i liked the color of the other one better, so i looked at it first. i found out it was a cute color, but not very good when it came to actually doing it's job. so i looked at the other one (this one), and i saw it came with a free case, and the ratings where really good. and i ended up with this one, and i am happy with the results, very happy.
Worth every penny

I love this product - and so does everyone else in my family. I have purchased four more for other famimly members who have tried my straightener and loved it! Folica was also very prompt in delivery. I highly recommend this straightener!!!

I love my CHI! My hair is straighten very fast and left feeling very soft and silky. It is nothing compared to the other cheap brand that I had.

I have owned many flat irons in the past, my most recent two being Hot Tools. I thought they were alright.
Until I bought the Chi Pink Dazzle.
It warms up immediately, and it makes my hair so smooth and shiny and soft.
I have fairly straight hair, but it's all ratty and cowlicky. And this flat iron makes it so gorgeous.
I have to say it was worth ever single cent.
I do suggest a heat protector, though, especially if your hair is fragile. I use the Redken Smooth Down.

I bought this flat iron and immediately plugged it in when I received it. It would not turn on. I read the directions, consulted my husband, and his friend an electrician. Nothing seemed to work. I sent it back, and exchanged it for another...the same one -- I was hoping I just got a bad one. This one worked...once. We could not figure out the problem once again. It was very frustrating and sad that something so expensive worked so terrible. Don't bother buying this flat iron!

When this item arrived it wouldn't power on, we had to press really hard to get the button to reset. The next morning when my daughter got up to do her hair,it wouldn't come on again. We went through this for several more days, and she finally had enough. She only got to use it a few times. We had to send it back for a refund. I wanted to just swap it out, but they wanted me to send them a check for $9.95 for the shipment of another one. The shipping is free if I just get another one,so I returned it for a full refund.

This flat iron is the best..so lightweight and easy to use. It's also very easy to curl with. I am extremely happy with this product and highly recommend it!

I got my chi about 9 months ago and I love it. It heats up really fast, and it's easy to use. Since I'm always in a hurry to get ready for school, the chi makes it easy. I have thick hair too, and the chi goes right through and straightens it perfect. i recommend the chi to anyone.

I have been wanting a chi hair straightner for a LONG time but i never wanted to spend that much money on one. All my friends told me they worked great so i finally broke down and bought one. It is AMAZING and i love it. It keeps my hair super straight and i can also use it as a curler too. I encourage every body to buy one because you defiatly get what you pay for...a wonderful straightner!! THANKS.

I've been a chi customer for about 3 years and a very satisfied one at that. But, when I bought my new "Chi Pink Dazzle" a month later a plastic part broke so it is no longer covered on the one year guarentee. Needless to say this is the last chi iron i will ever buy.

me and her both have Chi straightners....and you can curl pretty easily with a 1"
I'm not going to lie, I loveee Chi straightners, but the only problem was, after awhile of using it, and once in awhile forgeting to turn it off, the curcuit board thing melts :/ but thats probably more of my fault than the products.
anyway, great product, i would recomend it to anyone with any hair type.
I love my CHI!!!

I got the Chi Pink Dazzle straightner about 2 weeks ago and I love it...It's easy to use, it heats up super fast and the heat proof pouch makes getting ready to go that much easier because I have to little boys and i can't leave a hot straightner laying around b/c they'll get burned so the pouch is really handy...the chi straightens my thick hair in just a few minutes...i do have to section it but it straightens so fast that even my thick hair is done in a a matter of minutes.

i though it worked amazing. i had no problems with it until the other day, which led to it smoking and sparking. and no longer works anymore.
