I got my chi about 9 months ago and I love it. It heats up really fast, and it's easy to use. Since I'm always in a hurry to get ready for school, the chi makes it easy. I have thick hair too, and the chi goes right through and straightens it perfect. i recommend the chi to anyone.

I have been wanting a chi hair straightner for a LONG time but i never wanted to spend that much money on one. All my friends told me they worked great so i finally broke down and bought one. It is AMAZING and i love it. It keeps my hair super straight and i can also use it as a curler too. I encourage every body to buy one because you defiatly get what you pay for...a wonderful straightner!! THANKS.

I've been a chi customer for about 3 years and a very satisfied one at that. But, when I bought my new "Chi Pink Dazzle" a month later a plastic part broke so it is no longer covered on the one year guarentee. Needless to say this is the last chi iron i will ever buy.

me and her both have Chi straightners....and you can curl pretty easily with a 1"
I'm not going to lie, I loveee Chi straightners, but the only problem was, after awhile of using it, and once in awhile forgeting to turn it off, the curcuit board thing melts :/ but thats probably more of my fault than the products.
anyway, great product, i would recomend it to anyone with any hair type.
I love my CHI!!!

I got the Chi Pink Dazzle straightner about 2 weeks ago and I love it...It's easy to use, it heats up super fast and the heat proof pouch makes getting ready to go that much easier because I have to little boys and i can't leave a hot straightner laying around b/c they'll get burned so the pouch is really handy...the chi straightens my thick hair in just a few minutes...i do have to section it but it straightens so fast that even my thick hair is done in a a matter of minutes.

i though it worked amazing. i had no problems with it until the other day, which led to it smoking and sparking. and no longer works anymore.

I love my new chi!!! When I first oredered the product I was ordering from here for the first time. I thought maybe I might get a fake or something but I decided to go ahead anyway. When it got here I was so pleased with it. The colour was awsome and was the same price online at this site as at the supplier store. It was great. It was a real chi and it works and looks great. I was so excited when I recieved my CHI, but equally dissapointed when I went to straighten my hair. I was almost brought to tears bc it pulled so bad. It didnt even grab the small sections of hair, and I had to make several passes for it to even look half decent. I got this yesterday and I will be returning it today. you think if you spend over $100 dollars on a product you would be satisfied.

I bought and returned this product because of the color, I'm crazy, I'm a pink person so I switched to the lighter pink. Not only do I miss the pouch, I think this iron is way more advanced than the one I have now. I am so amazed by the result I got from trying it.

THIS CHI DOES AMAZING WONDERS FOR MY AFRICAN AMERICAN HAIR. I MEAN, U WOULD THINK I WOULD HAVE NAPS IN MY HAIR WITHOUT A PERM, BUT I TOTALLY DON'T. THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT EVERRRR MADE.

my hair is pretty curly (loose wringlets) and extremely thick, i had a full head of hair at the age of 4. Before i got this straightener my hair would straighten but still be really poofy. This straightener makes my hair smooth, shining, stick straight(but still has that natural look to it), and makes my hair poof free.

I have always heard so much positive things about CHI straighthners but i would loose my interest when they would tell me how much they paid for it. So i decided to visit folica to purchase a straightner that was affordable and hope it was worth the money. So I got my Chi 4 days later from my purchase and tested it out and OMG... I highly recommend this straightner for all types of hair.It works really good, plus it leaves your hair so soft and silky and it wont damage your hair. And it straightens your hair within minutes. It's so awesome you wont regret purchasing one.

omg. i can't even BEGIN to explain how AH-MAZING this CHI is! if you don't have this, you are missing out on SOOO much. It makes my hair SO soft, silky, and manageable. This is the best straightener by FAR!! I have never come in contact with such a great straightener in my life. ITS HEAVEN ON EARTH! It's perfectttt. Everything about it! And plus, it's pink! What girl wouldn't want pink? OMG. If you don't get this I will buy it for you!

Anyways this is my 2nd chi due to my mom stepping on it when it was cool and breaking my 1st one i had for 2 years and adored it .... i have owned about a dozen irons form the drug store junk to salon ones that were 150 and suckd to the soila or what ever its called on here that sucked for my ringlets but worked for my friend with wavey hair but my god these chi irons r amazing they just make u into a sleek haired goddess
