It broke after 3 months!

I use chi, it's all I've ever used, but I was shocked when it broke after 3 months of usage if that. I don't think it can take it's highest heat level, which makes me wonder why it even goes that high if it cannot take it. But it is an awesome straightner, it works really well and gets into the roots. I remember having to go over areas more then once at times, but this one just takes one time. So I guess if you don't use it every single day and not on the highest heat it would work out for you :)

Omg the chi works so good. I have never had a straightner like this before! If your reading this and you dont have a chi then I highly recommend you get one right this second. If you do already then answer this question.... Isnt it great ?! thanks (;
