when i got this straightener, it was fantastic. it made my hair soft and smooth. It also stayed straight the whole day. After about 9 months of having this, the straightener started to smell, and it had slight burn marks on it. it also started to chip a little. Also, the on and off switch broke, and i couldnt use it anymore. i was not satisfied because it had a 1 year warranty.

I had an flat iron or two but i never had one like this , this chi flat iron is the bomb and know i wouldnt own nothing less, spending up my penny's now to get that awesome blow dryer

straightens my hiar in 10 minutes when my old iron took over an houur. dont listen to the person 2 below mine its amazing and worth the money. all my friends are getting it now tooo!!

Not meant for everyday use. Perfect for my black hair with or without a perm. My hair stays silky until my next setting.

Well, I have had many CHIs in the past, and recently my original flatiron broke. I decided to spend the extra money on the new nano CHI, excited about it's new abilities. I had been using it for about two weeks when I noticed my normally shiny, silky, never before dyed hair was breaking off at the roots and I noticed little golden specks in my dark brown hair. At first I thought it was just pieces of hair product that had gunked on some strands, but upon closer inspection I realized they were little golden burnt pieces of hair that could hardly be touched before they fell out. Upon this discovery I instantly returned the Nano for another original CHI, and my hair is now slowly recovering.
The CHI NANO is awesome!!!

I have spent over $100 on other ceramic and ionic irons, but this one was the only one that was worth it. I have received many compliments on my hair since I've been using it. My friend and I bought this one at the same time and we both are recommending it to everyone.

The nano chi is unbelievable!! I have tried so many irons and they all never got my hair as straight as the chi, they would somewhat straighten my hair but there would be waves. The nano chi is awsome, I can literally straighten my entire head in 20 minutes, others took me almost an hour. This is by far the only straightener I would ever recommend to anyone, a little pricey but definatley worth it.

Can anyone tell me if the Chi Nano any better than the original Chi? I know the nano is blue and lighter, but is it as powerful as the Original Chi?

I just got my chi nano yesterday and i used and i loved it. I thought it would damage my hair and and not take out all of the waves, but i was rong i tried it and it left my hair strait, shiny, and smooth.it was defenatly worth the money.

I just got my chi nano today!! and so far i love it and it straightens my hair reallly well. But i will write again in about two months or somethin because from what ive heard they normally fall apart by then..but from my own preferences..it is totally worth the money =]

I was very nervous about buying a new CHI, because of the possible damage to my hair - but I was SO wrong! The CHI actually uses infrared technology and ions to straighten hair, so there is no damage whatsoever! I was so surprised - every girl should own one.

I have this model in pink, and I must say, it's the best. It heats up quickly, straightens my thick wavy hair with one run of the iron, and doesn't smell like someone burned breakfast on the stove every time you turn it on. My hair now feels smooth and soft. I live in an area that is generally humid but my hair is not phased with the power of the chi! If you are skeptical about buying this product for any reason, it is well worth it and it comes with a good warrrenty. You have nothing to lose.

My hair is curly and frizzy, but with this iron. it'n not. I straiten it before i go to bed then i touch it up in the morning. my hair used to be fried from other irons, but this one doesn't fry it at all. in fact i think thta it made it healthier.you have to buy it!! it will change your life. but more importanatly, it will change your hair!

I have extremely thick hair and this is the first straightner out of all others that actually straightens my hair perfectly and stays straight all day. With all my old straightners it would literally take me about an hour to straighten my hair but believe it or not it only took me about 20 minutes and with my hair, thats a miracle. I love this productttttt!! :]

I have thick curly hair and Chi really is a miracle worker. It's a bit time consuming, but it's worth it.
