When it worked it worked awsome but it turned itself off when I was doing my hair for GRAD and now it won't turn on again. I had it for almost a year and like I said it worked amazing when it worked but then it just died out of no where, it never stoppped keeping heat or anything before this. I know how to take care of the flat iron, I am a stylist, so that is not the problem. Very disappointed.

I started out with the original chi and liked it but decided to upgrade. I paid $200 for this one and was very dissatisfied. I had already given my other one away which was a lot better in my opinion. I think that the quality of chi has gone way down as they are trying to keep up with the competition. I def. do not recommend this one at all. It damaged my hair so bad from having to go over each piece so many times because it wouldn't straighten right.

i got this chi for christmas last year and it worked okay on my long, thick, curly/wavy hair, and then it just completely stopped working. won't turn on. i reccomend the Babyliss PRO Nano Titanium 1 3/4" Straightening Iron

it leaves my hair soft and flat and REALLY straight. but smells really ugly! like burned hair and it leaves the ashes on the side of the straightner eww!! :/ I wouldn't buy it!
