All i can say is that this product sure does work...i was experiencing hair loss on my left side and as soon i started using the kit within a couple of weeks i started to see hair growth. This is a must try product for sure....hard to find and believe something that really does work.

First and foremost, I did NOT buy this kit because I am balding.
Thankfully, that is not the case.
My hair is thinner on the right side of my head, so I decided to get a thickening treatment.
This is what I chose.
IT WORKS.
I had planned on writing a review when the bottles were empty, but Ive already seen results.
I guess i have been using this for over a month and I have noticed that my stubborn hair that never wants to grow has grown.
The area where I apply to little bottle has had significant growth and is thicker.
BUT REMEMBER I WASNT BALD TO BEGIN WITH.
I dont want to discourage anyone from buying this, because i have gotten really good results,
but I want everyone to keep in mind what i was working with.
With the people that were experiencing hair loss, it did seem to take longer to see results, but have faith.
I got the kit for Normal hair, and it does keep my hair very soft, but it doesnt do much for the damage.
So if you straighten/color/blowdry hair i would reccomend getting the one fro damaged hair.
Overall an excellent product.
Dont hesitate to buy...

I'm a 27 year old male and have been using this product for well over 2 years! I can't believe how much of a difference this product has made. I first noticed my hair falling out about 3 years ago, and was beggining to get worried. Having had a really full and thick head of hair, I noticed a great difference. I brought this up to my hairstylist and he recommended I start using the product. I have never stopped since, and my hair has stopped falling out too! I have recommended this to everyone I know with the same problem as I had...

I have fine hair, and these products make my hair look fuller and healthier. For the first time since I was a child, I am letting my hair grow out longer because I don't need to keep it short to look fuller anymore. There aren't any cumulutive benefits with this- meaning that it won't change your hair, but the products work when you use them to "fake" fuller hair. If you have thinning hair this product will NOT regrow your hair or provide you with stunning results. But if you have fine hair and wish for fuller, healthier looking hair, this is the best!

I thought this shampoo was just okay so far but I did feel a little difference after about a month or so. It takes a bit of getting used to but I'm hoping for better results soon. Haven't had any additional hairloss yet.

I first bought this product when i noticed that my hair is falling out and thinning. After hearing all the amazing reviews, i gave it a try... to my disappointment it didnt work... i've been using this product for about 3-4 months now. And i noticed the smallest change possible... I just wouldn't recommend this product.

My sister was going bald do to medication she was taking. She used this product and now has a full head of hair. I was going bald I used this product for a little over a month, saw no results and quit. My sister talked me into restarting and after a few months my hair is back. My advice is don't give up on it. Dick in Mesa, Az.

I found this product here and decided to try. I have tried so many, but CHI is the best one so far. I've been using this product for 4 months. My hairdresser noticed the that i have thicker hair. He asked what i use, and i told him about this product. He said i should keep using this product. Hopefully i will have fuller hair again. :)

I have been using this system for over three months now and I'm so in love. At first I was turned off by the smell but it is so worth it. My hair has mostly stopped falling out... down to what can be considered a normal amount a day and no more hairs that came out with a chunk of hardened sebum on them. I have new baby hairs coming in all over the place too!
One side effect that I am completely enamored with: NO MORE BACKNE! When I use this shampoo and conditioner combo I have zero pimples on my shoulders, back and chest! Had no idea that would happen but I'm oh-so glad it did because I have very sensitive skin and can't use anti-acne soaps.
Great Stuff.... and it really works.

I am a hairdresser and I offered this product to a customer whom had alopecia and she used it for about 3 months and within that time she had a 1,2 inch of hair regrowth in the bald spots.. the medicaton she was taking caused her to lose her hair and even while she was on her medication her hair began to grow back.

I was so depressed over my massive hair loss, I mean massive. I had to clear the shower drain of hair because of the back up it caused at least twice every time I washed my hair. Then there was the hair loss every time I brushed, blow dryed, styled etc: I figured I would have been totally bald within a year. I ran across this Chi three part system on Folica's site one night during my many window shopping excursions for some kind of help, and I am so happy I found this! Maybe it is the power of positive thinking, but I saw results with the first use. I hardly lose any hair now when I shampoo. The drain is almost clear and the hair loss from brushing and styling looks like a normal amount. Now, hopefully after a years use, I will have my full and thick hair back. For having to apply conditioner to the scalp, this does not weigh the hair down or make it excessively oily by the end of the day, like other conditioners are known to do. I do have a problem using it a minimum of five times a week as my hair just does not get that dirty, I am stuck at home 90% of the time, nursing my husband back to health after his hospital stay. Plus I go through a three hour process after washing of blow drying, hot rollers etc: just to style my hair, why in the heck would I want to do that EVERYDAY just because it is recommended. I am happy with my results with the Chi system using it three times a week!! Great Stuff!!

I have been using the product for more than 60 days. The shampoo seems to clean my hair well and the conditioner seems OK too. Not the best I used and not the worst.
I hardly ever feel any tingling sensation and it never lasts more than a few seconds. The energy hair thickener does help with styling and does not leave your hair greasy and I never felt tingling with that product.
CHI Power Plus did nothing to help my hair grow, look thicker/healthier or even stop my hair loss. Maybe I received a bad batch since other people seem to feel a tingling sensation.
Hair stopped falling out

First started using over a year ago when my hairdresser recommended it to stop my handfuls of hair falling out every morning. After one month, the hair had stopped falling out, but I did not notice any re-growth. After three months, I started using in combination with Rogain. I started to notice re-growth so I stopped using the Chi and only the Rogain. After two more months, my hair was falling out in handfuls again. I have gone back to using Chi every day and the falling out has stopped again. I will continue to use Chi without fail.
Great success with Chi Ionic 44!

I began using the Chi Ionic 44 Power Plus hair restoral system when I was 27 years old. I had noticed some thinning on the crown of my head and wanted to slow down the process.
The initial positive results I got from using this product appeared within 6 months or so, and now 5 years later I have a MUCH thicker, fuller head of hair. I have to get my hair cut more often than I used to, and I can style my hair in any way and it looks GREAT!
I've found that you don't have to use a large amount of the product to get these results. It probably helped that I began using it at the first signs of thinning, but a 41- year old friend has used it for about a year and he has had significant regrowth of hair as well.
Having tried other hair restoral products in the past, including those containing Minoxidil, I have found Chi Ionic 44 to be the best I've ever used!

A hairdresser in a small town of Brownwood, TX sold me this product. I cannot tell you how it has changed my hair. As a teacher, I need my hair to look nice. I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area. Nothing I have tried from expensive salons have helped my hair. Over a three month period, my hair is NO LONGER thin...it is all growing back in...even an old hairdresser that I had not seen in a while could not believe it was my hair. You have to use all three products for it to work. I have used them for over three months and will NOT stop. I got on the internet to try to order some more. Good luck to everyone. I think the tingle just lets me know it is working. I still use color on my hair and mousse and/or gel after the treatments! It is the best product in my opinion on the market.

This is my 1st use of this product (Chi Ionic Power Plus Hair Kit) and it's too soon to know if it will make a different. Currently 95% of hair care products are from the CHI line and I wanted to see if this would be a good replacement for the regular CHI shampoo, conditioner & leave-in conditioner I've been using for 3 years. The leave-in conditioner does give your scalp a tingly clean feel, like rinsing your hair with mentholatum or something of that sort!
It's a dream come true!

I was coloring my hair a couple of months ago, and was shocked to find my comb full of hair as I was pulling the color through. While researching "hair loss" on the internet, I came across this product. I've been using it now for about six weeks. No hair in my hands while shampooing, no hair falling out while blow drying, and I colored my hair two weeks ago, and had no hair in my comb!! My hair feels wonderful and is staying put on my head ;-) Love this product.

it does work. I dont know if its reduced my sheadding but I have noticed a bunch of new hair growing in. As others have said, the hair doesnt grow fast but its there. and as for the burning and smell others have mentioned its not that bad. i even got the stronger set. it has pepper mint in it and it casues you scalp to tingle like you mouth does when you eat a pepper mint. i wouldnt call it a burning. and it smells like pepper mint too. i use chi kreitin mist and that smells amazing so if you are worried about the smell use that when your done.
I've stopped shedding!

On the advice of my brother who is a hairdresser I tried Chi 44 for my hairloss problem. I'm a 62 year old female who always had thin fine hair and couldn't spare losing hair. I was beginning to shed noticebly..in the drain after a shampoo, on any chair back after sitting, on my clothes constantly. More pink scalp was showing on top too.
Since I shampoo almost daily with Chi 44 I don't find the hair everywhere. It makes it look thicker too. It's only been a month but I'm hopeful the departure of my hair is under control.

I got this for my fiancee and he mentioned that he gives you a burning sensation. I don't know if that is how its suppose to work, but the ended up stop using it after a few days.
