This shampoo is terrible, don't waste your money! After using it once, my hair felt dry and brittle. It didn't leave a single drop of moisture in my hair. It left my hair dull, brittle looking, and lifeless. The product also smells like mens cologne, I don't understand why Chi wouldn't scent the product with women in mind. I plan on returning the product back to my local beauty store tomorrow; it just plain sucks.

Anyone who went to cosmetology school knows that low sud shampoo is designed for high moisture. Your stylist schould have explained that to you. My clients loves the shampoo.

I love the way this CHI shampoo smells! It also makes your hair really soft and easily brushed while wet. The only bad thing I didn't like about it is that it has alittle to much moisturizers in it. If I wash my hair the night before work, when I wake up my hair looks alittle dirty. I just wouldn't recommend using the night before or it you have oily hair.

I bought this shampoo after having Chi hair straightening treatment done in a salon. My hairdresser recommended I use this shampoo. I was not pleased at all with the shampoo. It does nothing for the hair, it doesn't moisturize it or nourish it at all (which is what is really needed after the straightening treatment). It left the hair leaving unclean, like it hadn't been washed (this shampoo doesnt' lather!), and as dry as ever. Instead of using the whole bottle, I preferred to throw it out after having used about 3/4 of it. I am very pleased with the results of the CHI hair straightening treatment that I received in the salon, but the shampoo was worthless. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.
