I have had my CHI blow dryer for about a year and a half...seems to be a good amount of time considering I use it on every guest which is about 6-10 times a day sometimes more sometimes less. My High switch went out but the low still comes on??? How is that even possible? I tired calling CHI and talking to my state rep but the warranty is only a year...how convenient. Total bummer!

I Use My Hair Dryer All The Time It's Quiet I Have Nothing Bad To Say About This Hair Dryer Yes The Price Is Kinda High But Trust Me Its Worth Every Penny!! :)

I loved the way this dryer styled. I had bought my 1st a couple years back, when it had an electrical issue I thought it was a fluke. I ended up buying another just about a year ago (since I loved how it styled). When I received it I noticed that they had changed the electrical cord, so I realized it must have been a known issue. The electrical "exploded" on me today, just below the handle--it blew out the cord (I was lucky I was sectioning hair and it wasn't near my face!!)--after 1 year...

This is the worse blow dryer ever. After not even 8 months it no longer works. Worse than that the air always blew out cold for about a minute before it got hot. I will never buy any Chi again!
