Changes my Hair Completely

I have huge puffy triangle shaped hair, when i bought the Chi Turbo 2" is totally changed my hair. It cut the time in half and it made to finished product way more sleek and smooth. Before i was using a really cheap conair one and it did a horrible job, it wouldnt even stay straight because it couldnt get hot enough. so when i tried the Chi i was sooo suprised at the results. My only problem is i bought it in april and it suddenly died on my in august. Im not sure what happened, but im getting another one because i was so happy with the first.

Well worth every penny! Folica delivered it quickley and it has a great bag and mat that comes with the Chi. Heats up fast, has multiple heat settings and the ceramic plates make a big difference when straightening thick hair! Will never go back to the inexpensive regular store brands.

the first time i used a chi was at my friends house........itworked wonders. it only takes 15 minutes to straighten my hair, before it took a half hour +. this is a great product and is worth every penny!!!!

I have very thick hair. This flat iron is by far the best I have ever used. The combination of hair product that I use and the high quality of the Chi flat iron, my hair is so much smoother and managable. I had used the 1" Chi flat iron before and liked it, but the 2" is much better with the amount of hair that I have. Thanks for such a great product, and the great price!!

I have very curly hair that frizzes with just a drop of humidity. I have owned several flat irons, sedu, hot tools etc.. I have to say the Chi is the absoulte best. not only does it get my hair pin straight, but it stays that way even in high humidity. would definetely reccomend it. The only downfall is that the cord does not last that long maybe two years if your careful with it and dont wrap it around the iron and no one takes it back if that does happen and no one can fix it. but I still find it worth the money even though I have to buy a new one every year!!

The flat iron is perfect! I loved it! I have probably the craziest hair in the world and this flat iron did wonders on my hair! The shipping is soo fast, I received it the next day!

I have heard of this brand flat iron in the past but never wanted to spend the money. I decided to give it a try and I am very impressed. It heats up very fast! Use care not to burn your hair. I love it. I give this one two thumbs up definitely. It also included a pouch which is very nice too.

I have long, thick, wavy hair and could not find a product that would straighten it without taking a ton of time. I purchased the 2" CHI in hopes to cut down on time and endless amounts of money on other products. The Turbo has been wonderful to me, as well as my hair! Now it only takes half of the time to get my desired look. I am very impressed with this product.

The Chi FlatIron performs as it claims. It's a great straightener. The Chi takes my hair from naturally wavy/curly to silky straight with minimal effort. What I love most about this flatiron is that it takes relatively no time for it to go from cold (off) to hot (on!).
My only wish: that the barrel/flatiron part was longer.

I love my flat iron! My hair is long and thick/coarse. This straightens my hair in seconds. It heats up quickly and I don't have to run it over my hair again and again to get the straightness that I want. Literally, it takes minutes to do my whole head of hair. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I love the CHI!! I've had CHI irons since I was 15...I am 21 now so you can obviously tell it works great! I decided to get the 2 inch turbo CHI because it holds more hair making it a quicker process.....I have curly hair and the CHI leaves my hair super straight!! It is a great investment for any hair type...straigt hair, cury hair, nappy hair etc.... The only iron I have seen leave hair straight not to mention that every good salon owns a CHI!

So I just started using my chi and already I am so satisfied. It takes me 20 minutes to straighten my thick and long hair. it used to take me at least 40minutes. it makes my hair shine, soft, and really straight. I love it and it was totally worth the money.

I have super curly, thick, long, frizzy hair and it works amazing. I've used alot of other straightners but none of them have worked near as well. Love It!

I bought this straightner for my daughter for Christmas. Yesterday she told me it's not working any more - less than 6 months for a $100+ straightner - this makes me upset. She has long thick hair and used it often which is why I went online to find a good one. I read a few bad reviews before I bought it and guess I should have realized it good happen to me too.

As several of the reviews already mentioned - the CHI worked great when I first received it. I used Hot Tools before then, and the CHI worked wonders in comparison. However, I've only had my CHI for about 8 months and it just stopped working well this past weekend - it just doesn't get as hot as before. I tried it again the next day and it still didn't work. Not acceptable considering how much you pay for it. So now I bought a Sedu flat iron and expect it to arrive shortly - it actually has much better reviews and many people who were disappointed in the CHI are very happy with the Sedu.

I have had my 2" CHI since my junior year in high school and I am now a junior in high school. I LOVE IT and I use it all the time. It never damages my hair and it makes it gorgeous and shiny. I dropped mine today from the top of the stairs, and it broke so now I'm ordering a new one. But I would highly recommend it. I LOVE IT!

I have VERY CURLY hair no other flat iron worked as well as the CHI I tryed hot tool and the results where OK but nothing like the CHI

This is my 2nd CHI iron and I love it. It does not damage your hair and actually makes you hair appear healthier and shiny. I recently traveled to Thailand and left one with my friends because they loved it so much. A great product and a great price. It's worth every penny you spend on it!

Within 2 weeks of purchasing this flat iron it died. The manufacturer would not replace it because I did not buy it an authorized salon. I called Folica and they did replace it, however they charged me $9.95 to do so.
As far as the product is concerned, it works really well!!!

This is by far the best straightening iron. I have been using it for two years. Unfortunately my first iron broke and I ordered the Chi Turbo from Folica.com this time around. My hair is very thick and very frizzy, this iron really does the trick. I would recommend it to anyone, and I do.
