The purchase of the 2" Chi (Turbo) was smooth and rewarding. The bonus 'flat iron pouch' was not only a pleasant surprise but my wife has found it to be quite useful. She has naturally curly hair and has difficulty getting other cheaper irons to do the job. She loves all the compliments she receives on her new hair style. I would definitely recommend Chi and folica.com to my friends and will come here first for future hair care purchases.

I love, love, love this straightener! It has enough heat to do the job quickly and the velvet on the outside of the iron protects your ears and scalp from getting burned.

The Chi ceramic flat iron (turbo 2) really is a great flat iron. It really works wonders and is well worth the money. I have long and thick, coarse curly hair and it straightens my hair with ease. I was so suprised how well it worked on my difficult to straighten hair. It used to take me an hour and a half to straighten my hair with my old flat iron, and with the Chi ceramic Turbo2 it only takes me 15 to 20 minutes now. This flat iron gets really hot and stays hot the whole way through and distributes the heat evenly through my hair. I especially like how you can control the heat setting, making it hotter or cooler. It helps when you are straightening smaller and thicker pieces of hair that need a different heat setting, or are close to sensitive areas around your face and neck that the normal high setting is a bit too hot for. I think if you have long, thick or thin, wavey or curly hair, this flat iron will work geat for you. I wouldnt recomend this iron for people with short thin hair though, the width of the iron may be too big and it may put out a lil too much heat for real thin hair. I certainly would recomend this iron though to any woman with long, hard to straighten hair. Just be careful with the heat setting on this iron when it is up high though, cause it is easy to burn your fingers on the plastic tip of the iron as well as burn your scalp, neck, or fingers a lil with your own hair right after you straighten a piece with the iron. It truely does make your hair really hot on the high setting. This flat iron straightened my hair with ease and made it look so beautiful. So if you need a good flat iron, Im telling you, this one really works.

i have have this flat iron for about a month now and i love it!
it keeps the moisture in the air out of my hair and it doesn't frizz up!
my hair looks healthier and sooo much shiner!
i got it for as a present for my sweet sixteen from my mother and now shes using as much as me!
its a great idea for a gift!

The flat Iron is working very well for me. I am vry happy with my purchase and even happier with Folica.com. Found this same iron on other sites for more money and Im sure other sites would not have been able to ship this to me in 2 days. I was quite surprised overall!

I loved how smooth the Chi left my hair - my only problem was that it's to big for my short hair (my fault, not the product's). Would recommend to anyone with longer hair!

Ok. I'm mixed, so my hair has tight soft curls. I've truly tried 8 different str8ner in the past 3 years, including the Maxiglide, it was ok, but i think i found my long lost love! The Chi doesn't leave my hair smelling like burnt coal! I would tell any female that has real curly and or thick hair to INVEST, no buy but invest! Some of the reviews say it stops working but if they would have read the warrenty info, if there is a defect w'n a year its a flat rate of 15 bucks and after its 35. Invest ladies!

I purchased this flat iron and received it fast. I also qualified for free shipping and received a free flat iron pouch that is super cute! The only thing I did not like about the flat iron is that I am use to a one inch which is smaller. I just have to get use a bigger iron! This website has way better prices then Ulta. I had a horrible experience when I went in there to purchase a flat iron. I swore to myself that I would never shop there again and decided to purchase it online! I am glad I found this website! I ended up saving 50 dollars!

I like it, but I totally wish I got the 1'. I've used the one inch, and it works so much better, but I still like this one. The Chi straighteners are amazing, and the top choice for any flat iron buy.

Like a month after I got this flat iron it stopped working right. The flat iron was really good, but now it turns off all the time and I have to jiggle the chord in the right spot for it to work for even a few seconds so I can flat iron my hair. Bologna.

I bought this for my niece and she loves it. She bought a bigger pruse so she can take it everywhere she goes. I couldn't give it a better rating because I don't know how long it will last.

I had never been on Folica's web site before. My young teen showed me the web site. I was a little wary about ordering. But, I was very impressed with the prices that Folica has on their products and the professionalism they had on quickly getting the order completed and shipped. I did have a little problem tracking the item, but our flat iron arrived exactly 5 to 6 days later, so I didn't have to e-mail for help. The 2" Chi Flat Iron is just perfect for my teens past shoulder length hair. It is easy to use and she loves the extra bonus of the heat resistant pad. Being able to change her whole appearance with using the Chi Flat Iron and looking realllly gooood! It has given my teen extra confidence in herself. Which is very imporant for a young teen. Thank you Folica.

My friends always tell me how healthy and perfect my hair looks. It doesnt damage your hair like hot tools or conair products. It is a little expensive but its worth every single penny. I have had two Chi hair straighteners and my first one lasted ten years!!!!!!!! and it didnt even stop working I just wanted a new one.

I thought that there was no question: CHI was the way to go, but I should have trusted my instinct after reading some of the other reviews regarding theirs working fine at first and then WHAM! No more. I noticed the red LCD light flickering right from the start...and within 2 days, I decided to send it back. Not worth the $$$. (I'm very happy with the FHI)

i owned a non-chi flat iron several years ago and because of the unsatisfacorty results, i doubted i would ever own one again... well, i read reviews on this product and a friend of mine raved about her chi flat iron... so i thought i'd give it a try... ... LOVE IT!!!!! seriously, this is the best hair styling product i have ever owned. it takes me just minutes to style my locks with this wonderful product. i've only had it a month or so, but i wish i had found it sooner!
