I was really excited after reading the reviews on this product so I purchased it ...I recieved it very quickly (kudos to Folica) but when I used it, I was very dissapointed. It didnt straighten my hair well and left the ends a little frizzy. I even used it with the biosilk. Frustrated, I went to Sally's and bought the Jibere flat iron just to compare it and see if maybe it was just my hair. I rewashed my hair using the same products and I had fabulous results with the Jibere iron. So to each their own...if Chi works for you..I am glad. For me it turned out that the product that was half the price worked twice as better.

the chi flat iron is stupendous. i don't use it too often because i don't like alot of heat on my hair, but when i do, it is absolutely incredible. i am glad that i received this as a gift from my dad. it is one of the best gifts i have ever received. everyone should buy the bigger one! it saves alot of time.

I've used numerous flat irons for years, but none compare to the Chi. As for ordering on this site...I've never written one of these reviews, but felt like I should to let you know that you can trust Folica.com. The product is perfect and comes VERY quickly after you place your order!

The chi turbo 2'' is so wonderful! It heats faster, more evenly, and leaves my hair lokking more healthy than my conair did! If you have lots of hair then I suggest getting the 2'' because you can get the job done quicker! The only thing to alert caution to would be don't touch your hair right after running the straightener over it (as in combing your hair with your fingers or such) because it its extremely hot and my hair stayed hotter longer than it did with my old straightener! All things considered, it's a wonderful product that I would reccomend to everyone!

My hair dresser recommended that i purchase this particular iron and im glad i did. My hair is awlfully full, long, wavy and very corse. i was never able to straighten my hair to my satisfaction, but this iron did the trick. Heats up quickly, is gentle to my hair and the best feature, i believe, is that the outside of the irons stay cool to the touch.

I love the CHI. It was a great investment. My hair is so smooth even my ends which I wasn't able to acheive with my hot tools iron. I recommend this product to all of you and it is totally worth the money.

this is seriously one of the best ones ive ever had i have super thick, curly hair and i have board straight hair in 15 min. TOPS.

I previously had tried two different flat irons from Sally's that were supposed to be similar to the CHI, and they were terrible. They pulled out portions of hair, or the ceramic chipped off. Also one of them really didn't work on straightening the hair at all. I ordered the CHI here and recieved it within 3 days. WOW, what a difference it has made on my hair. It is certainly worth it.

I bought this iron, on reccomendation from my stylist. This is the first iron to really work with my hair. (I have extremely thick, wavy hair.) I can't believe how straight it gets it, with only one pass. It used to take me hours, to still have some wave. Now it only takes me about 20 min, to have beautiful hair. Well worth the money!

My cousin has the same Chi Turbo 2" and i decided to pick one up myself because my other flat iron (revlon) wanted to die on me. The Chi straightens my hair in 2.2 seconds. It also heats up very fast so when i'm on the go, i can striaghten my hair and fly out the door. My hair comes out silky smooth and wonderful. I wouldnt use another flat iron for as long as i live. This flat iron is recommended, dont let the price fool you...its definately worth it. :)

The flat iron does not get hot enough for me. It's good to touch up your hair but not to get your hair straight. It gets hot really quick and the color of the iron is bright red with velvet.

I love my chi!!! I have really curly thick frizzy hair and the chi cuts through it with no problems. It leaves my hair feeling much smoother then my other flat irons and looks much silkier. I love it, def worth the money!!!!

I Love MY CHI TURBO 2" FLAT IRON! Let me tell you, my hair is very frizzy (esp) in Florida, all I do is let my hair dry, a little biosilk, pull the CHI thru, and im done. AWESOME PRODUCT! No problems turning on. Going on 3yrs, and going STRONG! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I got my daughter a Chi 2 inch straightener for Christmas. She loved it and used it often until one day it simply stopped working less than three months later. I feel like we wasted a $128. : (

I have just bought the chi and from all the reviews i have read, i expected better results. The chi does make your hair feel smooth and healthy. It also straightens your hair pretty well.. But sadly, the straighteness does not last too long.It is suppose to be humid resistant, but it really isnt. This straightener practaclly does the same thing as my $20 conair straightener. The Chi is not worth the money.
