CHI ceramic turbo, 1 inch

The thing I like most is that it heats up so fast. I don't like it as much as my last CHI, which was the regular 1 inch ceramic flatiron (I gave that one to my niece when she started college). Because of some play in the irons when using it, it's a little hard to control, so takes a loger time to get my hair done.
Awesome!

It's great. It makes your hair look healthy and shinny. A great investment.
Fantastic Iron!

This irons a lifesaver. I've got that kind of frizzy curly hair that dries a fly away mess. Finally with these new irons a solution, and this is the cream of the crop. Quick heating and easy to use. the 1" both straightens and curls up the ends for perfect hair every time. Have bought other brands, never really been satisfied.
Pretty Good

I have used two other flat irons in the past. My last flat iron was by Solia, it works, but was not fabulous. The CHI straightens much faster and leaves my hair softer. I would definitely recommend this flat iron, especially for course hair.
very happy!

I purchased this product after purchasing a ceramic flat iron from walmart. I liked the smaller barrel for the ability to get closer to the scalp. My favorite feature is the ability to flip the hair ends all in the process of straightening. I think this iron does a better job than the walmart iron and heats up much more rapidly. It is also adjustable and comfortable to use. It has a swivel cord which makes it easier to use. I am really pleased with this iron. I read a few reviews where they said it quit or didn't work, but I have used mine for a month or two now and have not had the first problem. The only con is that it is still not a perfect iron. Your hair looks better if you blow dry it straight first then it turns out amazingly beautiful. If you don't blow dry then it is not quite as smooth. Again, it is still better than other products.
Love it!

For years I have tried to mangage my wavy, thick hair. The CHI Ceramic Flat Iron enables me to look like I just came from the salon everday. Best of all, I style my hair in under 10 minutes. That is a record for me! Buy it! You will love it.
The best yet!

I've used many different irons, and I have to say this iron is absolutely flawless! I no longer have to use any frizz removers because it works SO well. I live in Florida where smooth hair doesn't happen and frizz is everywhere, so believe me when I tell you this iron is the best there is out there. It's pricey, but well worth it. I've ever gotten my hair a little wet with rain and my hair just dries back straight...I recommend it to anyone..in fact most of my family has it now because of me..lol
My straight hair looks fab!!

I had been using a ceramic straightener before that doesn't work as well as this. Now my hair is shinier and healthier. It's also super easy to curl ends under, etc with this design as it has a barrel that is a good curl size if you wish to twist and curl. I really recommend.

I really like this flat iron. Prior to this Chi, I owned a cheap version of it. This Chi makes a huge difference. I get salon quality results. Highly recommend it!
Great flatiron!

The Chi is amazing in the beginning, but I had mine for less then 6 months and now the light doesn't come on. My friend had one, and it broke and she had to pay a $35 charge to get a new one, so the warrenty is pretty much useless. I loved my Chi the first couple months, but now I'm just going to get the Sedu hair straightener. It gets better reviews than the Chi and lasts a lot longer.

This product is amazing. It heats up in seconds and can straighten the curliest hair! It cut my styling time in half!
It's had a good run

I've had my CHI turbo for 2 years now, and it's finally dying on me. It doesn't get nearly as hot as it used to. That's fine, because I expected it to last about that long.
I have thick, wavy, frizzy hair. The CHI gets my hair so straight and smooth, and my hair stays that way even through bad humidity. In the rain, it will get a wave to it, but it doesn't get frizzy!
I won't be hesitating to buy another one! Worth every penny.

I loved my Kenta Iron and it burnt out while over seas (voltage issues) So i spent 175.00 plus tax on the "famous" chi iron... I have fairly thin hair with not much wave... I probably wouldnt have to straighten it if i used a round brush... BUT ANYWAY .. the chi heats up just fine and is very hot .. but it doesnt hold your hair tight enough and i have to go over the same section over and over and it doesnt even get straight. I was very disappointed with the chi, I am going to try to return the chi to the vendor i purchased from and buy another Kenta.
Highly Recommended

I have very thick wavy hair that has to be straightened. I have used several other flat irons but they always seemed to take forever to get the job done. I decided to go ahead and spend the money on a CHI and I am so glad that I did. This is the best iron that I have used. It takes no time at all. I read a few reviews where users said that they have went to bed with their hair wet and straightened it in the morning. I doubted it would work on my hair but tried it anyways. I was amazed. It only took maybe ten minutes and my hair looked liked I had washed and blow dried it before I straightened it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
Good Product. Not the best though.

I have had my Chi straight iron for almost a week now. The first and second time I used it, it worked GREAT. But, now it doesn't hold the heat quite as well. I'm still pretty satisfied with the product but, I have read a lot of other reviews and would not purchace this product again.

My hair is thick and the other flat irons I have purchased took forever to straighten my hair. This does it in an incredibly amazing short time. I'm glad I could purchase this as a customer and I didn't have to be a profession hair stylist to get it.
