I recently purchased the CHI Turbo 1" Flat Iron and I love it. I have only used it for a few weeks now but it is well worth the money.
Love this Product!

I purchased the Sedu from this site and it died in couple of months! Big price tag for a short time! I decided to try the Chi Turbo iron this time and I think it is so much nicer than the Sedu. The quality is just better and it handles so much nicer. I am very happy with this product and this site is great to buy from.
Second One Doesn't Even Work

We returned the first one because the heating unit was faulty and when we opened the second one it wouldn't heat up. We are going to be returning it and asking for our money back.
On a more positive note your customer service is excellent.

CHI Turbo 1" vs Solia 1-1/4"

I will stick with the CHI. I tried the Solia 1-1/4" and didn't like it. I have long bleached blonde hair. It pulled on my hair, left it frizzy and I didn't like where the switches were located. This CHI is easier to use. Doesn't leave my hair frizzy or pull it. Some of problems could be due to the size of Solia at 1-1/4"" vs the
CHI at 1".
!!!!Whatever!!!!!!!

I was excited before I received my CHI. When my order finally arrived and I used it I was not impressed. It takes so much to get my hair straight and for the price I paid for one styling tooL, it should perform better.
CHI - not all that

I was in love with my chi until about 10 minutes ago, when it stopped working!!!!! The light just turned off and i couldn't get it to turn back on. If someone is going to spend that much money on a straightener maybe it should WORK!!!!
alright i guess

there are better straighteners out there for less! don't be fooled by the title of the "CHI" (not all that). i have natural wavy and curly thick hair, and the chi was alright at first but remember after a while it does stop working as well if not stop working at all. ~keep searching~~

I bought this straightener about a year ago and I have been pleased with its performance up until about 2 weeks ago. I noticed that the light that indicates that it is heated would go out periodically. Now, I can't even get the CHI to warm up enough to even attempt to straighten my hair. I should have listen to the other reviews that I read when I bought it. It did its job, but I am certainly not satisfied with the outcome, only a year later.
A bit expensive for 4 months use

I loved my Chi Iron for the 4 months that it worked. Working overseas, it's a huge hassle to return the thing. I just have to live with the curly frizz now. Reset button no longer functions. Halfway thru straightening it simply went cold. Great hair day that day! Ha ha. Nope, unless they replace this one when I return to the States in July; I'll never buy another Chi product.
Unimpressed.

I recently purchased a Chi Turbo 1", and I have yet to be 'wowed. The only thing I have come to like thus far is how incredibly fast it heats up. As for straightening, it does the job, but not very well. It takes me the same amount of time as it used to, and pretty much looks the same.
For $119, I would expect it to work better.
WONDERFUL

this product not only straightens my hair but keeps it straight in humidity and does not damage the ends of my hair like other straighteners do. highly recommend!!!

My daughters hair is 3 inches from her butt. She doesn't have to blow dry her hair. She just lets's it air dry and then CHI"s it later. Her hair is pin straight after and it looks great.

This straightener i have had for about a year and a half and it has worked wonderfully for me! But within the past 2 or 3 months when i am in the middle of straightening me hair(which usually takes only 15 minutes or so) i have to pause to wait for it to get hot again(only takes about 2-3secs). That is the only thing wrong with mine but when it is heated again it works perfectly..i don't regret buying this product what so ever.
I love The CHI flat iron

After running thru a million beauty supply stores to find the Chi. I finally found it and ordered it on-line. It was definitely worth the wait! It leaves my hair completely straight, exactly what i was looking for!!!!!
Works well, but nothing over the top

I received this CHI in the mail about a month ago. Although I like it more than any of the other less expensive flat irons I have owned, I don't think it lives up to the hype I have read in these reviews. I have naturally wavy, color treated hair, and it works well, but I was expecting a bigger change. I would still buy it over again, but it does not work miracles people!
Excellent
