CHI Ceramic Flat Iron (Turbo, 1") made straightening my hair so much easier, my hair looks much better and smooth... Worth the splurge...as long as it keeps working.... Great and easy to use...I highly recommend!!!!!!

WEll I've had my CHI turbo for a while.It works good but my hair is to my shoulders and thin and wavy.Well when I used the CHI turbo it left it THICK.I have to go over the hair strands a lot.I dont think its worth it.But it lasts long.I've had mine for 3 years.But sometimes it wont turn on but then the next day it will.I recommend the regular CHI.But that one doesnt last long but works better.

This is the best flat irion out there. This is my second CHI. I bought my first one about 5 yrs ago when they first came out. I have realy curly course hair and after using this flat irion it is so soft and silky!

I've never used a flat iron before, but after my experience with Chi, I'll never stop using one again! It leaves my hair silky smooth...you must try it!

I am very pleased. It is quick, my hair feels fabulous and it seems to be doing no harm, which is always a fear when using such high heat on hair.

I love this flat iron! It heats up super quickly and it works so well! I have owned many different brands of flat irons and this is the best by far!

I have the original chi and love it - it heats up quick, and slides through my hair like butter. I only have to run it through once and it's straight. I decided to try the chi turbo, thinking that it would be better cause it's newer and more expensive, but nope! The plates don't adjust like the original chi, and so my hair made a crinkly/crunchy noise as I was trying to flat iron it. It also pulled my hair, and I had to run it through 3-4 times just to get it straight. This worked no better than a $20 revlon flat iron from walmart. I returned it... if you want a chi, get the original model, it's 100000000 times better I promise.

I have one and after approximately 6 months, it has a short-circuit -- cutting off periodically, I have neither dropped or mishandled my curler.

I first heard about the Chi from my cousin who had gotten one for her birthday. She had had a Vidal Sassoon straightener before she got the Chi and she gave me the Vidal Sassoon. I used it, but it didnt work very well. One day, I went over to her house and I tired out her Chi. It was AMAZING! So i decided to buy one, and there is such i big difference. I don't regret buying this product and i would buy another one even after this one!

This is a great flat-iron. My hair is fine and straight, but I use this 1" tool to tame the 80's "wing" look at the front. I have had the CHI for about a month, and it is still working. I hope that it does not break like so many reviewers have reported.
The best thing about it (apart from looking very cool) is that it does not catch and pull out my hair. I can also easily straighten to the root without burning myself, as I have done repeatedly with the cheap one that I was using.
Worth the splurge...so long as it keeps working for a couple of years. I recommend.

The Chi worked awsome in my hair. I have very curly very thick hair, iv had 3 reagular irons and none of them could do what this simple iron does.The money i spend on this was worth it!

I love my CHI Irons I now have 2 of them and I going to order a 3rd one. The reason I like the CHI Irons is the cord. The cord is tangle free and the plug has its own surge protector. This is very Important to me.

Outstanding and speedy customer service at folica.com. When my daughter's CHI Ceramic Flat Iron Turbo quit working under warranty folica quickly sent the return instuctions for my product and sent a new flat iron immediately. I have told others of the excellent service.

I got my Chi for Christmas and I used to swear by it... then one day it started smoking and it won't work anymore. If you are going to pay this much for something, it should work. I am off to find a new product that will actually not break. Please Please Please don't waste your money on it. They ARE amazing... if they didn't break! There is something better out there, and I am off to go find it.

I have severe carpal tunnel and it hard for me to do my own hair. With my CHI I can do it right the first time and it stays just as I want it. WOW, What a bonus.
My married daughter fell in love with it and so I got her one for her B-Day so she would't take mine....it is something worth fighting for you know!!!!!!!

This product is excellent!! i love it and it works whether i want flipped out hair or hair that curls under it works wonders
and its fast at heating up and is seriously the best straightener

I've been using T3 tourmaline hair iron for almost 1 year until I lost due to fire. I decided to buy CHI and am very satisfied with this. It's much higher quality than T3 and makes my hair so shiny and healthy. You will see the difference. Probably I will try CHI hairdryer also.
I hope this helpful for your decision.

Received item quickly, however I expected a lot more from the CHI flat iron considering what I paid for it. It doesn't get very hot and it tends to snag on hair. The edges aren't rounded enough for a smooth curl, despite the velvet pad on the outside. The best part about it thus far is the heating pad it came with
