This was the absolute lowest available price. The shipping was fast and product was as expected. Flat iron is durable and works well.
Not as great as the Sedu!

I got both the Chi and the Sedu ... Chi because I was more familiar with it than the Sedu ... got the Sedu jus tto try it out because of the reviews on this website. I used the Chi first and was satisfied with the results, but when I used the Sedu it was much better .. like, 100% more better. Hair is silkier and smoother with the Sedu and it's definitely faster ... I still use the Chi but would recommend the Sedu more.

This is the best thing i've ever owned for staightening my hair. I dont have to use products in my hair to straighten and it makes my hair silky smooth and shinny. I have recommended it to so many people and I always get compliments of how great my hair looks. My hair is thick, curly and frizzy!!!! I've always had a hard time straightening and problems with my hair getting frizzy after a while, until now. LOVE IT!!!

This is the second Chi Flat Iron I have purchased. The first was for myself and my daughter liked it so much that she wanted one. I have very very frizzy hair and this product is fantastic.

This is absolutely the best straightener I've ever used. Don't even need additional product, such as a spray or a gel. It leaves hair smooth and shiny in absolutely no time. I searched and read reviews that pointed to this Chi, and the review were right on. The original is still the best.

The chi is definitely the best flat iron that i've found. my first one broke (flickering light) after a year and a half. I take better care of my new one by not pulling and wrapping the cord tightly around the iron when storing it, and this should keep the connection between the cord and the iron strong. Thank you folica!

I was impressed on the price of this product vs. the price in the stores. I have ordered two straight irons from this company at two different times and I have been very happy with the price and the shipping methods and how long it took me to get the straightner.

Ok, here's the deal. I've read some disturbing reviews and I am a little disappointed. A lot of people are saying it fried their hair; It's over three hundred degrees and if you use it every day, or even every other day it's going to do some damage. I have owned a CHI for over 5 years now and have not had any problems with the product. If you use a heat protection product, you shouldn't have a problem with damage. It all depends on the type of hair you have. If you're afraid it will damage your hair, contact your stylist first and see what they have to say.

Not as easy as it looks/sounds. Doesn't create perfect curls on my hair. Takes a lot of time if you have long hair.

I love this iron!! It heats up within seconds of being turned on. I have naturally really curly hair. My friends love the way my hair looks when it's straight. I get plenty of compliments, "You would never guess your hair is curly." Thanks!

I bought this product because it was reccomended. I do believe after using it that it is good. My hair is definitely smoother than with other flat irons I have tried. The only problem..is that after using it for about 2 weeks...I started having problems with the on/off switch already. Now I have found to just unplug it and not touch the switch and it works fine. I didn't want to send it back, because I would have to pay all of the shipping charges. Probably just a lemon.

I didn't like this product because it has no temperature control and gets very hot! It gave me a lot of split ends and even burned my fingers when holding it because the outside got so hot.

I purchased the Chi because I have friends who rave about it. I have used it as well as the Solia, the Sedu, and numerous cheap brands. I purhcased the Chi because of the price but to be honest I should have gone back to the Sedu. It is the best one I've ever used, and I use a straightener every day so I have plenty of experience with them. Just my opinion, hope it helps!
