I have purchased 3 Chi flat irons - This is because my two daughters and I all needed our own. We would never buy another brand after using this one. I gave my old brand to my sister-in-law. She used my Chi over the week-end and wants to order one too. Don't waste your money on a different brand.

This is the second Chi I have purchased and I think it works great. I have very very frizzy hair and it straightens it smooth as silk. I would recommend it to everyone!

Shorted out the 2nd time I plugged it in! This is the third time this has happened to me with a CHI! On the other hand, I had one that worked for years before this. I hope the manufacturing gets a little better. I am going to try a different brand.

If you have course or very curly hair this is the straightner to have. We have three girls in the house so it gets used plenty. I use Bio Silk as well with the straightner, it leaves my hair soft and frizz free. The Chi is well worth the money.

Bought the Chi for my 11 yr old daughter as a Christmas gift. She loves it. It has been great in the sweltering humidity here. Works better than the cheapos from walmart

When it works it works great. However if I removed it from the plug ever...it wont turn back on the next time I plug it in. So it has to sit plugged in on my dresser 24/7 in order to be positive it will turn on when I need it. It gets hot fast and works well but the reset button sucks and it is realllly frustrating!

I love the CHI. I've used a few other flat irons and the CHI is by far the best!! My hair feel like silk after I use it and it doesn't pull out my hair like the other ones I've used.

I tried the Bed Head flat iron -- and it snagged my hair and you had to run it by several times to get it straight.I returned that one. I have really thick hair and with Chi -- you only have to run it once. It works great. Happy with the purchase.

My husband bought me one for Christmas. Unfortunately my parrot chewed up the cord. I love this product so much I had to replace it on the spot. I've had plenty of flat irons this one by far is the BEST..It's the single most important styling tool for my hair! Folica.com has the best prices too. Thanks guys!

This is my favorite flat iron. I've used many different types, brands, etc, and I have found this to be tried & true. It straightens my hair, which is really kind of unruly. & it doesn't damage it as badly.

The Chi is a wonderful product. It makes my hair very straight and shiny. Straigtening my hair is a less daunting task because of this product.
