I just bought by Chi, and I noticed that the two blades at the top (the part that actually straightens hair) are far apart, and I have to squeeze hard to get them to straighten. Is this normal, or do I need to send my Chi back? Question posted by Jessica Sun Aug 10 2008 Submit your answer turbo 1inch or 2?
I'm wondering if I should get the 1 inch or 2 inch turbo. I have long wavy highlighted hair so which width is best? Question posted by Kelsey Fri Feb 22 2008 Submit your answer | Reply by Ashley

Personally I would get the turbo 1 in because the 2 in are meant for thicker hair... and will probably drive you crazy.. | | Reply by k

It depends on how long your hair is. If you have short to medium length hair, I would go with the 1 inch. If your hair is below your shoulders, you might want to go with the 2 inch. If you don't know which one to choose, I would go with the 1 inch, it is easier to work with. | Does it have rough blades?
I've read in the review that it has rough blades and that it snags on highlighted hair. My hair is highlighted and I don't want it to be damaged. Help! Question posted by Liz Fri Feb 22 2008 Submit your answer does this curl your hair

I've used the CHI Turbo for 3 years. I recently tried my friend's Sedu.....did not work as well. I'll stick with the CHI | | Reply by Becky

Yes, and I find that the curl last longer than when I use a regular curling iron. | | Reply by k

It will not completely curl your hair, but once you start working with the iron and get use to it (which really doesn't take very long) you will learn to curl the ends of your hair by turning the iron in toward your neck. This will curl the ends of your hair. You can also flip it up, too. You can do this with any flat iron. | CHI turbo or sedu?
i need a new flat iron and i cant decide between the CHI turbo 1" or the sedu 1". the sedu's reivews are better but i feel more comfortable buying a CHI because it is so well known.. help!!! Question posted by emily Tue Nov 27 2007 Submit your answer The turbo or the original for guy
Hi, i'm a male college student. i have a lot of hair and it's thick and dry. current length is about 4 inches. hair products (wax, gel that type) usually will just weigh it down more. I tried on my frd's original one inch CHI. my hair stood up without anything but it was really hot. So, I saw this turbo with temp control. I don't know how well this one works. Is it the same as the original? should i get the turbo or the original? I don't really care if i burn myself or not, I just want my hair to look good. If they work the same, then I will get the turbo. please give me suggestion to a guy's first straightener. i really don't want to waste my money. thank you very much.^^ Question posted by Alex T Fri Nov 16 2007 Submit your answer Infrared?

Hi, im looking at buying one of these but it wont open by itself and the seller says the spring might be broken. Is this put together with screws so that I can take it apart and fix the broken spring or is it permenently assembled and unable to disassemble? Please get back with me as soon as possible as this might be sold to someone else by tomorrow. Thanks and have a great day. Question posted by Tracy Thu Jul 19 2007 Submit your answer
