Hi, My hair is shoulder length, very thick and course. I am currently comparing CHI and SEDU. Can anybody suggest which would be better. Also, I am concerned about using it in the Europe. Do either of Chi/Sedu work in Europe with a converter. Question posted by ashima Tue Mar 21 2006 Submit your answer | Reply by Hannah

hi, i would definetly recommend the sedu because the chi can be described as an expensive piece of crap. Sure, the CHI works great and gives you beautiful hair but you can't adjust the temp. and it is very prone to breaking. Where as the sedu isn't. As for the europe thing i'm not quite sure but i bet they would both be fine. The bottom line the sedu rock's. | | Reply by beau

hi i spent 6 wks in spain and you are not supposed to use hair dryers with most converters, my friend broke her converter while using a hair dryer and the electricity in her apartment blew while using one so maybe save some money and buy a hair dryer in europe, good luck!! | How can I get my Chi inspected or replace?
I am experiencing problems with one of my chi straightners. I have purchased two of them and the turbo chi seems to be experiencing many problems. I have never had problems with my product and I am very upset about this issue. I am looking for a customer service number, email, or any contact information that would help me find out how to get this product fixed. Will this iron give you long curls similar to some perms or just one little curl? Question posted by Diana Sun Jul 31 2005 Submit your answer Humidity
I would straighten my hair, and it would be amazingly STRAIGHT, but when I walked outside or if I started sweating, my hair would just FREAK OUT! It would frizz or curl up like it was never straightened. What can I do to have that NOT happen to me? Question posted by Torie Sat Jul 02 2005 Submit your answer | Reply by laura

i think you just need a good finishing spray or balm to keep the frizz away | | Reply by Lizzie

well What I do to keep frizz away is I use the "Pantene silky smooth shampoo" its green and white. I then use the blowdryer to dry my hair. After that i straghten my hair then i start putting in some "Silk therapy" its an oil sorta formula that keeps your hair silky smooth. Its in a sorta clear bottle and in black letters it says SILK THERAPY.Apply some of that in your hair any WHALA! striaght NON frizzy hair =) | | Reply by Rachel
