I ordered this Chi...thinking I was buying a really good hair straightener. Right when I got it, it didn't work. I plugged it in, and it took 3-5 minutes to even turn on. I tried for a week, thinking maybe it needed to "warm up" or break it in.. and it was just not working. When it DID turn on, it did do a good job, but I would definitely spend your money elsewhere. I exchanged it for a Sedu...which works awesome! Overall I think this product is over rated...mine didn't even work correctly.

I love this flat iron. I really gets your hair straight and with little fuss! It works well with the Chi heat spary. It helps your hair to stay straight and frizz resistant longer.
