When i first tried this product i sprayed to much and my hair was stiff when i finished flat ironing. i section my hair into three parts. when i get to each part i take my brush and spray around 4 spritzes of this product on the brush and then comb through my hair. i do this on each section, when im finished i have silky hair because i used the perfect amount!

if your hair feels sitcky youre using too much!! i experianced this with my hair i sprayed to much and it felt like a i had used a can of hairspray. it was soo stiff and sticky. but what i did was i combed over a section my hair ran over it with the straightener followed with a comb and if it was still a little stiff, ran over it once more and in the end my hair was super soft and it stayed straight all day, something i thought to be impossible!

When I first used it, I experienced the same thing some users had, it left my hair too sticky. What I ended up doing is, I mixed it in with CHI Silk Infusion. I put about a dime sized amount of CHI Silk Infusion in the palm of my hands, and sprayed about 4 pumps of 44 iron guard and mixed it together then applied it to my hair and brushed it through. After I was done flat ironing my hair felt so amazing and soft, and it was SOOO shiny, and it still is super soft & shiny.
So yeah, the trick is to mix it with a serum, and your hair won't be sticky anymore, and it'll feel amazing!
