I wash and dry my hair at night, and flat iron it in the morning....if I use the Iron Guard when I blow dry my hair at night, do I need to reapply more prior to flat-ironing it the next morning? What if I allow my hair to dry without blow-drying it? Do I again need to re-apply the Iron Guard the next day?

concern about heat damage
yes I just purchase a flat iron and i was wondering.Do you have to use both silk infusion and Chi 44 Iron Guard Thermal Protection Spray at the same time or one is ok. I just want to protect my hair from heat damage. If I use the Silk Infusion will that be ok.

it said to use it on dry hair (can you use it on damp or wet hair)
it said on the bottle that to use it on dry hair, but when i do that it makes my hair so dry and feels like a rock, well have a good effect if i used it on wet or damp hair ? does anyone know

dunno how to use this
I use a little bit of the chi shine infusion and then blow dry my hair. then I use the spray on sections of my hair and then run the iron. My hair ends up lookin coarse and not straightened. I have thick, chin length wavy hair. I think i am using the spray in excess. Kindly suggest!!!

My advice would be to blow dry your hair BEFORE using this product. I have below the shoulder, thick, wavy, hair and I find that using this product AFTER I blow dry but BEFORE I straighten makes all the difference. |
