Try putting a towel on top of the pillow. So the towel can get dirty instead of your pillow. It's also cheaper to replace a towel then it is a pillow.

What is really helping to clear the blemish is the sediment on the bottom of the bottle, so you don't want to mix up the sediment. If the bottle gets cloudy when you first received it, simply let it sit for a few minutes to let sediment settle on the bottom
